Dirty and run down

There was long dark curly hair everywhere. All over all the floors and towels. Horrible on bathroom floors. Broken toaster. The air was set at 85 degrees. It was a stifling hot when we walked in. Toy under the table. So table was never cleaned under. They took forever to respond back to emails. The only positive of property was there was an ocean view and not far walk to the beach.

Bare bones condo with several issues.

Very disappointed… little assistance to resolve. Internet not working, dryer would not stay shut…door held with tape, very poor lighting, minimal across the board… no mattress pads, extra blankets, towels were old and like straw, minimal opening pkg… not even tissue, did not find pan lids, sink soap dispenser had no soap. Just so disappointed in the quality of the unit and more disappointed with Vacasa for not helping with the internet. I’m hoping to resolve some issues with them… but it won’t help on this stay as I left! Review on site to follow after I speak with them…trying to be fair!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This place was clean, quiet, family oriented, and we loved the location! The stairs were tough climbing to the 3rd floor, but the view made it all worthwhile. The only things missing were ceiling fans with overhead lights, and a cover over the balcony. I loved that towels and sheets were provided. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing detergent and laundry detergent was provided as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice affordable place to stay. Vacasa made everything super easy and worry free from beginning to end. They communicate every little detail with you via email and text, which I absolutely loved! No problems at all!

This place was clean and a great location! Perfect stay for a couples getaway. Only negative is the rooms did not have ceiling fans or ceiling lights, only had 2 lamps on side tables. Overall it was great and would definitely stay here again.
