Highly Rated, Great Location, 1/2 block to the beach!!!

Our condo has flat screen smart TVs, brand new furniture, fresh paint, stainless steel appliances and more. Our deck overlooks the pool, but is nicely secluded by maple trees for privacy. Being on the top floor provides a more spacious deck and condo. Great location in the popular Restaurant Row. The condo is just 3 miles to Barefoot Landing, 2 miles to Outlet shopping, 1 miles to calabash buffets and within steps to Ocean Annie's, Finn McCools, Biminis, Flip Flops and Harry the Hats. A top floor / end unit has the benefit of no neighbors above or to the side, just one shared wall. Also, the deck is open to the sun! Being on the top floor, if you have trouble with stairs, this may not be the condo for you.

Highly Recommend

We had a great stay. I would suggest better pots and pans and the knives being sharpened and a better vacuum but other then that we were very happy with the accommodations. Highly recommend this condo.

Awesome

We just got back from our stay and we had a wonderful time. The condo is a block away from the beach, and all other attractions (Ripleys, Wonderworks, Boardwalk) were not even 20 mins away! There's also alot of restaurants and grocery stores about 2 mins away. We would definitely return and Brad was very helpful to us. Thank you very much :-)

wonderful!

For our first trip down to Myrtle Beach, my best friend and I decided to rent a condo rather than staying in a hotel. What an excellent choice. This place was absolutely perfect. The entire condo was completely spotless, the rooms were a great size, and we each got our own bathroom. Plus having a full kitchen ended up being a godsend. We brought our own bed linens and towels, but the condo had both already, as well as more paper products than we could use in a lifetime. All of our needs were perfectly anticipated and thanks to being on the top floor, we made our steps goal everyday! We cannot wait to come back. Thank you, Brad!

Great location close to the beach

We had a great stay at this condo which is just a minute walk to the beach and close to all Myrtle Beach amenities. Note that this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator access so it would not be ideal for all groups. The condo has been renovated however a few of the furniture pieces are a bit weathered and the flooring is uneven in some places. The owner was very responsive when we arrived and could not get in to the unit with the access code that had been provided. Overall, it’s a great value for the location which would be perfect for families in the summer as many beach toys and items are provided, even if you would have to carry everything up and down the stairs!

Great location, super clean and well maintained grounds and nice condo

This is a great place to stay. We were there for a full week. We have two kids 12&15 and they enjoyed it too. Even being a boy and a girl they didn't mind sharing a room. The had their own bathroom and we had ours in the master. The updates to the condo were done well. Even though the being one the third floor, being the end unit made up for that with the great balcony. The beds were all very comfortable. Was nice to have places to walk to for happy hour. Ocean Annie's was really fun and we also enjoyed he other three that were on walking distance. Very centrally located that everything was quick drive. If we return to Myrtle beach again we would never stay anywhere else. Our friends paid way more for there condo somewhere else, it was a dive and they ended up leaving and getting a hotel. Book this place you will be very happy. The kids loved the indoor pool since we were there in April and nights were chilli. The outside pool was great and so clean. We used that too. One day hit 90!! The thing I wish we had was a vaccuume or pad for the swifter. I am a clean freak and would have liked more than a broom. Also, don't forget your linens. I had never booked anywhere we had to bring our own and didn't realize it was everything. Sheets, towels, pools towels, hand towels and potholders. There was one bath mat there. Thanks Brad!! We will be in touch if we are there again!!

The condo is in a great neighborhood, and within walking distance to several beaches. It is also situated within minutes of some outstanding restaurants and shopping outlets.

Needs updating

Closets full and not useable. Was not told we needed toilet paper or paper towels. Fry pans need to be replace. Nothing in outside closet was of any use just look like a junk pile. Dining room shutter is broken.

Quiet Corner Unit!

We stayed for the month of February. It was absolutely peaceful and a beautiful view every morning off the balcony! The home was clean and well stocked! Brad was easy to reach and communicative! Never have I enjoyed a place so much! Just a short walk to the beach, minutes away from anywhere you need to be. Location is perfect!

Nice condo with all the amenities

We had a very pleasant experience staying in this condo. It has all the amenities mentioned in the description and the check-in and check-out process was hassle-free. All the appliances were working and the utensils were available so it was very easy to whip up a quick breakfast. There are good places for breakfast nearby. The two full baths made it so much better for both our families. Will definitely rent this place again if we decide to visit Myrtle beach in future.
