The Space:
This charming 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is the ideal retreat for your next intimate vacation getaway.

After a fun-filled day in Park City, the plush love seat and sofa, in the family room, is the perfect place to cozy up with your loved ones. Grab a blanket, and sip on a cup of hot cocoa, as you snuggle up next to the warmth of the indoor wood fireplace. Unwind for the night watching your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, as you gaze at the night sky through the sliding glass doors. Step out into the outdoor patio for a breath of fresh mountain air.

Guests will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances where the chef in your group can whip up a delicious meal. Keep the cook company with the bar stool seating as you exchange exciting stories of your time in Park City.

For a night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom boasts a beautiful king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, ample closet space, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity, and a walk-in shower. There is a second sleeping area in the hallway, where you will see two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds -- a lovely space for your kiddos to recharge for the night, ready for tomorrow's adventures. Guests will have access to a second bathroom in the hallway, with single vanity, a shower/tub combo, and a beautifully decorated interior space. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.

For a truly relaxing experience, guests can make their way to the shared hot tub, where you can enjoy a tranquil and warm space. A community pool and a coin-operated laundry room are also available in the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, shared hot tub, and community pool. You will also have access to free parking on the premises.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. Main Street Historic District is a short 5-minute bus ride where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options. With Payday Express lift within 0.3 miles from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Getting Around:
Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 5-minute free bus ride with City Park stop on multiple routes within a 1-minute walk from the condo. Payday ExpressLift is a short 5-minutes walk from the entrance of the condo and will bring you to the best ski runs and world-class resorts in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C.

Parking Passes are now required for all guests. Guests are allowed to park 1 vehicle on the premises and must have a parking pass displayed inside the vehicle. Please note that the parking garage has a LOW CLEARANCE of 6’3”; larger cars can park in a few spots out front next to the garage entrance.

Please note that we only provide an initial bundle of wood and fire starters for the fireplace. After which, guests should buy their firewood and fire starters for additionals.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Interaction with Guests:
We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
