About this property

Joyful Townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 2 playrooms

Guests are welcome to use the entire house. We also have two large front and back decks, and amazing forest views.
Security video surveillance facing the front and back of the house for your safety!
It's a recently renovated spacious house with 5 rooms on the upper level and 1 room on the lower level. There's smart 75'' TV, plenty of games, 2 gas grills, and a fire pit to enjoy outdoor BBQ.
The entire house has thoughtfully been designed to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable as much as possible. We cannot wait to host you on your next vacation!
Guests have access to the entire house.
We have a limit of 10 adults and 5 cars per reservation.

The house is part of a private gated community that features 2 lakes, ponds, a tennis court, and a pool (seasonal). Access to the community amenities would require badges which will be available in the house upon request.

***Please note that as part of the community rules guests must provide all driver's names, plates, guest list, and full details of the main guest (address, email, and phone number) ***

***Community strictly enforces a maximum speed limit of 25MPH! Please don't go over, to avoid speed tickets by local authorities***

We provide linens, towels, bedsheets, and pillowcases.
Full bathroom amenities include shampoo, soap, body wash, and toilet paper.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, mixer, blender, cooking supplies and devices, cutleries, wine glasses, plates, pots, salt, paper, sugar, coffee, and BBQ equipment.
All sofas in the house are convertible to sofa beds as additional sleeping space if needed.
We have a full-size laundry room that will be available for use during your stay.

This is a No Smoking House of any kind. Smoking is allowed only outside!

Thanksgiving Getaway

My family and I had a great time. The hosts kind, inviting, and very accommodating. We had all ages and plenty of room. House was clean and kept well. Pictures do not do justice house beautiful and very spacious. Definitely would visit again and reccomend.

Our second stay here & we'll be back next year

I put together an annual Guy Weekend for a group of about 7 or 8 grumpy middle-aged buddies. We just finished our 7th annual GW at this property - our second time here. It's perfect for us. Very comfortable accommodations, lovely outdoor setting, just perfect for a weekend of eating bacon and other junk food, drinking beer, and sitting around doing nothing. Thanks, CJ! We'll be back next year.

Comfortable house in a beautiful setting

Every year my old school buddies and I take a long weekend to eat unhealthy food, drink beer, and poke at a campfire. This was the perfect venue. There were enough bedrooms that we didn't have to hear each other snore. The woods around the place are lovely and the campfire area is great. Communication with the owner was timely and helpful. Everybody agreed that we'd like to come back here next year. Thanks, CJ!
