Beautiful courtyard

With a few minor adjustments, I would stay here again. The shower head water pressure was horrible in both showers and there was no Kleenex in the bathrooms. There is not enough parking to accommodation two vehicles per unit and the cleaning crew could have taken pride in their job. Upon arrival the downstairs a/c unit was not working. I believe if the maintenance guy did not live over an hour away he would have shown up earlier with the portable a/c unit. Technician showed up the following morning to fix a/c unit which we didn’t have any problems after.

Neighborhood not great

Interior of condo is very nice, clean, and well decorated, and it has everything you need. It is not located in a great neighborhood, though it is close to downtown and convenient. Be aware that it can be somewhat loud at night with trains going by, as it is near train tracks. It also does not have secure WiFi, which I think is a major fault (it's really not difficult to set up a secure network). Would give it 3.5 stars if possible.

Nashville Weekend

Property was nice, clean, fit our needs perfectly. Communication from Avant team was great, would book this property again. Note for future guests - house is not near anything, have to drive everywhere, but within 5-10 minutes you are right downtown.

Girl’s Weekend

Me and my friends stayed here for the weekend in Nashville. It is a great location. About 5 minute Uber ride to the main downtown strip. Very clean and beds super comfortable. We all said we would stay here again!

Nashville Newbies

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Had everything we needed and were less than 10 minutes from downtown. Only advice I can give the owners is to either provide a portable fan or put in a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom, as it didn't cool down as much as we'd liked it to (we did factor in how hot it was outside, so this is not a bad review by any means). Overall we had a wonderful stay and made great memories with our son who's currently stationed at Ft. Campbell. Thank you for providing a beautiful place to stay!
