Comfortable stay for a large family. We loved the two master bedrooms, and having enough beds for everyone was awesome. The house was clean, and comfortable.
This is a great community, and we loved the pool area and pickleball. The home was clean and cozy, and the owners were ultra fast responding. 100% recommend!

We used this property for a girls trip. The location was amazing! Close to town and anything you might need, but still felt secluded. It was beautiful, clean, and there were plenty of beds. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Thanks so much!!! Glad you enjoyed it, and we'd love to have you back!!!
We loved this house! The two king suites were perfect so both couples could have a king bed. All the beds were surprisingly comfortable. Stocked with lots of amenities we really appreciated especially the tubes for the lazy river and pickleball stuff. The pool, hot tubs, slide and lazy river were a huge hit! The hosts were very responsive with the few questions we had. We are already planning our next trip to this house! Would definitely recommend!!
Me and my family came down for the southern Utah half marathon, the house was very comfortable and fit all of us easily. The king beds were extremely comfy but I was told the bunk beds were about as comfy as a prison cell and thought they were sleeping on a box spring the eco thermostats also reset to 75 degrees extremely often so the house was

Thomas,
Sorry about your troubles. Yes, bunk beds are more cramped than non bunk-beds. I think the pictures showed the bunk bed layouts. The mattresses on the bunk beds are exactly the same mattresses as the "extremely comfy" king bed mattresses. Maybe next time, don't choose bunk beds.
Thanks for giving us a shot, and sorry about the bunk beds.
Hope your half was good!

We really liked this area, the pools and how much space there was in the house. Everything was clean and fairly new.
There were a few things that could be improved, such as providing a few more pool towels, bedside table lamps, a garage opener or code, and a few more basic cooking tools and kitchen supplies. We would stay in this development again!
Unit was clean and located in location away from traffic noise. The pool/pickleball area was nice. I had a negative experience where it took the owners 3 days to respond to my message. When they did respond to my concerns that yes they just learned from the last tenants/cleaners that 1) yes the smoke detectors are malfunctioning, 2) the main TV remote is missing, 3) there are missing/broken glasses/kitchenware and 4) yes there's a missing picture (1 of 4 in a sequence) in the kitchen. This was irritating to say the least and I'm not interested in staying there again.
One improvement I would have is to oil the bathroom doors because they were super loud at night when trying to be quiet in the bathrooms.
Also the sheets were clean, but outside bed cover and pillow slips were dirty on arrival in one bedroom so I put them in the laundry pile when I left.
Really enjoyed the quiet nights, cleanliness, having a garage to park in,and help getting into the condo
This house had everything our group of 7 friends needed for a week of enjoying the terrific MTB trails in the area. Everyone had their own comfortable bed; no bathroom traffic jams with 4 of them in the house; plenty of cookware and dishes in the kitchen (some paper towels the only thing missing). Garage was great for parking one of our vehicles and all the bikes. A garage door code would have made getting in and out a little easier. The pool and hot tubs were gold after a hot day on the trails. At first, we were kind of wishing the grocery stores were closer, but it was actually nice to have some isolation from high traffic areas; nice and quiet in the neighborhood. Owners responded quickly to questions. Location is pretty convenient for driving to trails around St George and Hurricane. And as a bonus, it's an easy ride from the house to Church Rocks and Dino Cliffs trails, which are relatively short, but quite fun and scenic. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks so much Neil! I have your list of rides from what sounds like an epic week! I can't wait to take my boys! Would love to have you back!
Comfortable property with a great amount of space. We loved the lazy river, the plentiful seating, and having four toilets was fantastic for our group of 7. The towels were great quality, and we were glad to find shampoo and conditioner provided. A tea kettle and some body wash would have been nice additions, but other than that, we had no complaints. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
Hosts were very responsive. The property is modern and fresh, comfortable, and convenient. Having access to garage parking was very nice. Proximity to St. George and Zion National Park was great. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay.
This home was beautiful and very clean. The accommodations were just as advertised. It’s in a new subdivision. Easy access to the freeway. The beds were comfortable. There is extra parking spots which came in handy since we were driving a large truck that wouldn’t fit in the driveway or garage. We had a great time enjoying the area.
Our family had a great stay. More than enough room for 8 adults to spread out and be comfortable. This is a great place to stay if you are planning on visiting Zion National Park. Costco, grocery stores, and coffee are located nearby. This rental was surprisingly quiet, despite the density of homes. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.
Welcome to our St George Vacation Home! Liz and Jeremy make their home in Northern Utah, but having a vacation home in St. George has obvious benefits! They, along with their 3 awesome kids, love the outdoors, sports, hiking, biking, etc. You can see the attraction to St. George! With awesome trails just around the corner, we hope you love our home as much as we do. Thank you for taking care of it for us.
