Family and dog friendly holiday home

Wildrijk 95 is a beautiful and modern bungalow in the quiet bungalow park Wildrijk.
The bungalow was acquired and renovated on September 1st, 2016. The entire kitchen area was renewed in March 2018. Everything was re-tiled and a new kitchen installed. This has an oven and a dishwasher.
Not only is the bungalow very important to us, but also the beautiful location, which has something to offer for everyone, whether young or old, whether small or large, whether two-legged or four-legged. The large dune landscape between Petten and Callantsoog begins just a few meters from the park. In addition to many hiking and cycling trails, there is also the nature reserve "Het Swanenwater". An approximately 900 meter long dune path leads directly to the North Sea with its beautiful and wide sandy beach. It is one of the cleanest beaches in the Netherlands. On the way to the beach there are some small shops, a snack bar and a beach cafe directly on the beach promenade. The nature reserve "Het Wildrijk", a restaurant, a supermarket and a mini golf course are only a few meters from the park.

The bungalow is solidly bricked and has a large living room with a half-open kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and 3 bedrooms. The house is fully furnished for 6 people.

Equipment: u. a. Satellite TV, stereo, fitted kitchen, microwave, gas stove with 4 hot plates, fridge with separate freezer, gas central heating, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, washing machine, 2 bicycles, beach chair and free internet connection (WiFi).

The beautiful garden is completely fenced and not visible. The south-facing terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a beach chair.

St. Martenszee
is a nice and child-friendly coastal town, which offers its guests many leisure activities: tennis courts, mini golf, swimming pools, beautiful bike paths, nature reserves and fishing opportunities. The nearby and culturally rich cities such as Schagen, Alkmaar, Volendam and Den Helder can be reached within half an hour. The proximity to Den Helder invites you to a day trip to Texel.

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang an perfekt. Aufgrund der sehr guten Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief der Check-in völlig reibungslos. Die Ausstattung des Bungalows lies keine Wünsche offen und die Sauberkeit war tadellos. Aufgrund der großen Fenster ist die Wohnung ganz wunderbar lichtdurchflutet, einfach herrlich. Ebenso war die Außenanlage in einem gepflegten Zustand und ideal für unseren Hund da das komplette Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Diese Objekt ist ganz wunderbar und mit der Nähe zum Strand fast unschlagbar! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Het huisje heeft alleen Duitse TV, wat nergens in de beschrijving staat, dus we konden geen TV kijken! Hierover contact met de eigenaar gezocht, maar die reageerde niet. Het zou heel vervelend zijn geweest als we bijv geen stroom hadden of iets dergelijks. Er moet toch iemand bereikbaar zijn! Ook contact met VRBO leverde niets op. Helaas! Na een klacht bij VRBO reageert de eigenaar wederom niet. Niet bepaald klantvriendelijk!

Die Ferienwohnung / das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Einem fehlt dort wirklich an nichts. Wenn man sich an die Geräusche der Heizung gewöhnt hat, ist sie wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch die Lage ist top, Ein Bäcker ist in der Nähe, den man gut zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichen kann.

Ein zuhause fernab der Heimat

Das Ferienhaus wildrijk 95 ist ein wunderschönes Domizil um mal die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Im Häuschen ist alles was man braucht und noch vieles mehr. Auchbdie Umgebung hat vieles zu bieten. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Minuten am Strand und in 10 Minuten zu einem kleinen Einkaufsmarkt, wo man alles alltägliche bekommt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir werden wiederkommen.
