In every season, Aux deux Bouleaux offers relaxation and a magical ambience for your vacation days. Our lovingly furnished apartment Vue au Jardin is ideal for 2 people and is located in a restored Belgian farmhouse with a view of the border triangle (B / NL / D) and the Hombourger pastureland in a scenic location. The apartment offers a view of the garden and the front swimming pond. It is accessible on the 1st floor via an external spiral staircase and separate entrance and has a living room and a kitchen with dining area and reading corner, a shower room and the adjacent covered balcony with a view of the garden and the sunset. Here you can enjoy the evening hours in (almost) any weather.
Hombourg is a 1200 soul village and is picturesquely situated on the ridge between Gulp and Göhl. The bakery, grocery store, pharmacy and the brasserie 'Au Grain D'Orge' are in the center of the village around the church. Aachen, Maastricht and Liège are attractive excursion destinations with their individual urban flair. Here you can experience a piece of Europe with its cultural diversity, the three languages German, French and Dutch and the typical regional cuisine. Walking and cycling are possible from the house.

Kleines Naturidyll

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit in einem kleinen, aber feinen, liebevoll eingerichteten Appartment mit einem schönen, überdachten Balkon. Das Wohnhaus hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem großen Teich, der von Fröschen bewohnt ist, einfach wunderbar ( zeitweise laut, aber es sind Naturgeräuche!). Von hier aus kann man schöne kleine Wanderungen durch die Hügellandschaft unternehmen. Städte wie Aachen, Maastricht und Lüttich sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

Ideal destination for a trip to the countryside

What you see is what you get: a comfortable, distinctive, well equipped apartment. It’s a very good destination for both hiking as well as visiting the picturesque city of Aachen, which is just half an hour away by car. Staff is friendly, good service. And indeed: the view on the garden and surrounding landscape is a welcome sight at the breakfast table!
