Beautiful spacious home/salt water pool in Encino.

Spacious house after cosmetic repairs. Nearby are a lot of Japanese, Italian, Thai and kosher shops and restaurants. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, the ambiance, the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids). The house is also attractive for professional photography and filming, but in this case, additional requirements are imposed on guests, and payment of rent is made at special rates.

Very accommodating and welcoming

The host is very accommodating and would came over to fix the smallest things to make us feel comfortable. The heated pool is awesome with plenty of towels and we had a very enjoyable time there.

The owners were great to communicate with, when I had questions -prompt, professional, kind. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The door going onto the patio was hard to open and close but in general, we had a great experience!

Perfect for Family Reunion

We gathered at this lovely home in Encino for a post-COVID reunion of cousins. The house was very well equipped and spacious for breakfasts and dinners, with everything we could need in the cupboards. The open kitchen and two dishwashers made prep fun and effective for a bunch of hungry kids. Open and separate seating areas were great for each generation (kids, adults, grandparents). The bathrooms were large and spacious. AC was cold in the hot Valley. Wifi was great. Garage had laundry and the grill worked nicely for an afternoon cookout.
