Relaxing and charming 3 bedrooms cottage half mile to Main steet, Downtown, parks, restaurants, art galleries,boutiques and nightlife activities. Great location, close to everything. 5 min to Marina Jack, Bayfront Park, less than 5 miles to Lido Beach and the famous Saint Armands Cirle. 5.7 miles to Siesta Beach, noted the number 1 Beach of America.
Legacy trail is only 1 block away from the house.
Theater,Opera,the Ringling Museum, Aquarium, Jungle Garden are also a short drive ( 8-10min)
Sarasota airport, SRQ is 5 miles away/ 14 min drive /, Tampa Int.Airport, TPA is 64 miles / approx. an hour drive /, Fort Myers Airport, RSW is 87 miles / 1 hour 18 min
