Why they chose this property
It's wonderful to wake up refreshed and take a dip in the creek while your coffee brews.
We found this houseboat living appealing many years ago, it had been towed from the Miami River in the 1960's, and we lovingly restored it to the wonderful place you'll enjoy now. For many years we lived here and raised our family within her walls, it is an awesome place to call home and now we are thrilled to share our lovely spot with you and your family.

What makes this property unique
Located on the Fresh Creek inlet, which is the largest creek system in the Bahamas, this houseboat is right on what we call the bonefish highway, there are flats and a deeper channel within easy reach. Fresh Creek flows inland for upto thirty miles of untouched waterway, you'll find no houses or marinas but you'll see all sorts of marine and bird life. You can fish right off the deck or go wade on your own, hire a bonefish guide or use one of our kayaks to explore.
