The modern penthouse apartment awaits its guests just a few steps away from the beautiful beach. Enjoy breathtaking views over the Baltic Sea from the light-flooded living area with panoramic windows.
Climb the stairs up to the private roof terrace and enjoy the sun and the marvellous view over the island and the sea in comfortable lounge furniture.
Stroll through the park-like gardens and swim in one of the outdoor pools, which are open from Easter to October. You can also play basketball, boules, outdoor chess or table tennis.
You can reach the spacious wellness area from your apartment, where the indoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas invite you to relax, and you can take part in yoga classes or fitness training several times a week. There is a lovely playground for the little ones.
Discover the kilometre-long, fine sandy beaches of Prorer Wiek. Stroll along the beach promenade, enjoy the sweeping views over the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. Super Apartment im beeindruckenden Prora-Komplex! Hervorragender Standard mit Balkon zur See und Dachterrasse. Schwimmbad vor der Tür und im Haus, Gym und Sauna ebenfalls. Alles für den täglichen Bedarf in der Nähe und zu Fuss bzw. mit dem Rad erreichbar. Binz auf einem schönen Spazierweg in einer knappen Stunde. Mehr braucht kein Mensch für einen Super-Urlaub!
