In the heart of the Southern Vosges Mountains, near the Vosges massif, the Chez Milo gîte invites you to enjoy a peaceful setting and a superb view of the Vosges Saônoises.
Located in a protected natural environment, between forests and ponds, the gîte is an ideal starting point for nature lovers. Here, there's no need for a car: set off directly on foot or by bike through woods and meadows, or explore the trails of the Plateau des Mille Étangs (Plateau of a Thousand Ponds), a true paradise for hikers. Depending on the season, activities include mountain biking, hiking, fishing, cross-country skiing on marked trails, and sledding in winter. Snow sports enthusiasts can also easily reach Vosges resorts such as La Bresse or Gérardmer for downhill skiing in winter or downhill mountain biking and sledding in summer. Nearby, treat yourself to a relaxing break at the Luxeuil-les-Bains thermal baths, with a swimming pool and relaxation area accessible to all. Nestled in a small, peaceful hamlet, just 2 km from the village of Saint-Bresson, this detached house welcomes you to the authentic setting of a renovated traditional farmhouse in the Franche-Comté region, with lovely views of the Vosges Saônoises mountains.

On the ground floor, you will find a cozy dining room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds). Two bathrooms with toilets complete this level.

Upstairs, the sleeping area extends with two additional bedrooms: one with two double beds and the other with a double bed and a cot, ideal for families.

Outside, you'll find a small enclosed front courtyard, parking, and a large (unfenced) back garden with a terrace and covered shelter to fully enjoy sunny days. A bicycle storage area is also available.

For your comfort: baby equipment is available upon request, and deck chairs, sun loungers, a barbecue, and outdoor games are provided. Pets are welcome (maximum 2).

The house is heated by gas (charged according to consumption), and a wood-burning stove is also available, with firewood provided free of charge.
