About this property

"El Cazador"@MARISOL: 290m to the beach, private pool, A/C, WiFi, dog beach.


In this house you will enjoy a relaxing family holiday. In the tastefully decorated living room, an open kitchen with its separate dining area, its three large bedrooms and two bathrooms for six people a lot of space.

The cozy atmosphere in this house (90m²) leaves no wish unfulfilled. The king-size beds in the bedrooms make for a long and restful sleep. For our youngest guests there is plenty of room to set up a Kinderreisebettchen.

In about 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach guarded Riumar.

An ideal meeting place for the whole family is the beautiful generously sized terrace. From here you also have the sunny pool area in view.

The beautiful barbecue is new in winter 2009/2010 and lets the heart beat faster with every grill master. Ample sitting and reclining, a landscaped garden, with its typical of the country selected plants, invite our holiday guests to relax and unwind.

The whole plot has 480sqm size of approx. A car parking space is in front of the house, a weitererdirekt completed on the property.



Equipment:
Fully equipped small inventory, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, stove, toaster and microwave. All television and radio programs received via a satellite dish. In the holiday house guests may use our free Internet access (WLAN) available.

Note: The pool heater can be booked on request (35, - € / week).

Safety:
All windows are barred and fitted with mosquito nets. In addition, the front door and the patio door is equipped with a lockable screen door. The entire property is fenced and all access points are lockable.

In order to enjoy your holiday, please contact Mr. Beck and the service team is on site to answer any questions and diagnose problems available. One call and it will be immediately taken care of everything. Our service also includes regular pool cleaning and garden maintenance. Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for free. If you ever need a buggy, no problem, even these are available free at your disposal.

Estuvimos dos semanas con familia muy bien.

Estuvimos dos semanas con familia muy bien. La casa muy bien amueblada, las habitaciones amplias con colchones muy cómodos y un jardín y terraza increíbles. Sólo pondríamos un pero que es la nevera antigua y con el calor que hizo no refrigeraba lo suficiente para la comida y bebida necesaria para 6 personas. El resto muy bien.

Wir kommen seit Jahren ins El Cazador

Fühlen uns hier wie in der zweiten Heimat, Haus und Pool, Betten prima. Das Haus ist älter geworden und da ist der ein oder andere Türgriff locker, sind Kleinigkeiten die direkt vom Service in Ordnung gebracht wurden. Leider dieses Jahr eine Baustelle angrenzend, wir kommen wieder! Thema Mülltrennung ist ja auch in Riumar angekommen, wäre gut wenn es im Haus entsprechende Behälter gibt z.b. Papier und Folien/Petflaschen, das riecht nicht und entsorgen wäre einfacher wie wenn man alles zusammen in einen 100l Müllsack wirft infomappe mit Öffnungszeiten Wochenmärkte Restaurants Geschäfte in Riumar wäre gut

Hallo Jochen, vielen Dank für euer Feedback. Wir haben eine Infomappe, die eigentlich auch in den Häusern liegen sollte. -) Da werden wir wohl wieder eine neue ins Haus packen müssen. -)

Sauberes Haus, gute Matratzen Da es sich um ein Ferienhaus mit Selbstversorgung handelt, fehlt leider eine Möglichkeit evtl. eingekaufte Lebensmittel unterzubringen. Alle Lebensmittel stehen auf der sowieso schon knapp bemessenen Arbeitsfläche. Äußerst unbequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Schönes Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet . Es gibt sehr große Schränke in den Schlafzimmern, so dass problemlos alles verstaut werden kann. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Grillstelle ist sehr schön angelegt. Wenn mal etwas nicht passt, wird vom Team Marisol sofort geholfen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Das WLAN sollte stabiler sein, ständig wird die Verbindung unterbrochen.

Das was uns schon seit Jahren gefällt :-) Zuverlässiger Service, nette Mitarbeiter, gepflegte Häuser. Marisol kann hier nichts verbessern, aber die Riumarverwaltung könnte sich einbringen, um evtl. die Zufahrststraße mal neu zu machen. Die Schotterpiste ist nicht so wirklich dolle.

Extraordinaria!!!

Casa grande y muy bien equipada, no le falta ningún detalle. Cómoda y confortable. Aunque aire acondicionado y climatizador de piscina se paga aparte, no es caro. Muy cerca de la playa y servicios. Trato inmejorable. Volveremos!! Todo perfecto
