Quietly located, built in 1997 apartment complex in Ferienwohnpark Seepark on Schloonsee in the seaside resort of Heringsdorf, OT Bansin. In the immediate vicinity is the center with restaurants and shops. To the fine sandy, wide beach is only about 400 m. There is a reserved, free car parking space on the property grounds, as well as a playground for the little ones in the immediate vicinity.

App. 107 / House 1:
Modern, bright NO SMOKING 3-room apartment in 1. OG. with a balcony (facing south) and two bedrooms (1 x double bed with flat screen TV and 1 x two single beds) and a living room. In the living area is also the open kitchen with dishwasher, 4-pl. Electric stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, a combined coffee / coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, etc. There is also a Smart TV in the living area, radio with CD player and DVD player. The bathroom is equipped with shower / toilet, hairdryer. Washer and dryer are located in a separate room on the ground floor by coin slot for common use. A cot is rentable for 10 € and a high chair can be rented for 10, - € once. The floor is made of real wood strip flooring. The initial bed linen and towels is included in the price.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es fehlte uns an nichts. Vielen Dank an die Fam Benzmann. Der Parkplatz ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, genau wie die Einkaufsmöglichkeit, die Bushalteste.Bis zur Promenade/Strand ist ebenfalls nur ein kleiner Spaziergang.vorbei an Restaurant und Verkausständen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Strand war in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und auch alles andere in Bansin konnte man bequem erlaufen. In der Wohnung haben wir nichts vermisst, ob Kaffeevollautomat, Radio, Gefrierfach, Backofen, Spielesammlung, Bücher... alles vorhanden. Selten soviel Auswahl gehabt...
