Summary:
This is the 4th floor suite at The Maddox, a historic Boutique Hotel.. This unit has a modern feel and is beautifully appointed. 3,200 sq feet, 4 bedrooms + 3 full baths. All the comforts of home but way more fun! The large TV in the common area is equipped with a FULL Comcast package. Smart TV's in each bedroom, you can watch your Netflix, Hulu and YouTube TV on them.

The Space:
We have board games and air hockey to keep the party going. On the street level of our building is the The Library Liquor store, all guests will receive a 10% discount. All beds are king or queen size. Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator & freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, griddle, air fryer, portable induction burner, crock pot and a waffle iron! Need a quick snack? Oscar's Taco Shop is located on the 1st floor of our building and D'Andrews coffee and bakery is directly across the street. Walk to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena and Titans stadium.

Guest Access:
PARKING: The most affordable parking lot is located at the Nashville Public Library less than 1 block away on 6th Ave N. $20 per day. That being said, there is a parking lot located right next to the building but is is much more expensive.

The Neighborhood:
Walk to The Gulch, 2nd and Broadway, Titans Stadium, Bridgestone Arena and the Capitol Bldg. Convenient to Vanderbilt University.

Other Things to Note:
One of a kind murals in each of our units and on the outside of our building, 100% photo worthy! No need for a stove/oven with all the great restaurants around us. 2 locally owned coffee shops across the street. Enjoy walking tours, Mural tours and Beer crawls.

Perfect Place and location for our Group of 16

16 moms, daughters and friends stayed here and it was perfect! We all loved it! Descriptions and pictures were spot on and within 1-2 blocks we could get the few groceries and drinks we needed from the liquor store, Walgreens and grocery store. So nice to park our car and not need it until we left. Everything else was also just a short walk away. Audra was ALWAYS quick to respond with any questions I had. I would stay here again and also book with Audra again.
