Living Room: 2 Queen pullout sofa beds
(we have the same bed configuration for both units)

The complex has 6 side by side large beautiful NEW townhomes. The complex has the capability of holding up to 72 guests. Each house has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths. We have accommodations that can fit any group size, so please inquire and we can find the best option for you!


These homes are located in the great part of East Nashville. East Nashville is currently going through a gentrification process. This means you will see new homes next to older ones.
East Nashville has been a popular hipster area for a few years now due to its proximity to downtown. We are part of the expansion area. We are just a short distance from award-winning restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and music venues, in hip East Nashville. The home is located 15min walk from Five Points (the heart of East Nashville) and 2.5 miles from Downtown Nashville.

Great place for a large group

The place was very clean, had plenty of space for a large group, and was a short ride to downtown (less than 10 minutes). Starbucks and grocery store right next door were very convenient.

Great location, clean and full of amenities

A group of 11 small business owners rented the two townhomes (side by side) for an annual 4 day retreat that we create for our group. The location was perfect, easily accessible for Uber, restaurants nearby, Starbucks, Publix, you could not ask for more in a location. A quick Uber down to Broadway. The owner had excellent and timely communication about all things. They even send you a comprehensive list of restaurants, groceries, and things to do in the area. The units were clean, well stocked with cooking items and sitting area was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Group Get Away/Bachelor Party

Clean, matched pictures, decent neighborhood (with that super convenient market 30 seconds walk from the front doors). Had enough people to use both of the condos that are included. We really liked how many bathrooms there were in each unit (a different rental from years ago didn't have as many and this was a really nice luxury). No top patio unfortunately but inside was really nice and we used the small balcony patios a lot. Not horribly far from Broadway but still an Uber ride but wasn't too expensive. Neighborhood didn't seem that it was shady or anything. We're already starting to plan another trip for next year and will be coming back here for sure!
