Dieter is THE MAN

The villa was lovely -- clean, spacious (9 people all had plenty of personal space), modern (the kitchens actually valued modern over functional to some degree), fun, and quiet (but close to lots of stuff!). It made a great base of operations. But the biggest reason to choose this property is our host Dieter, who was totally cool, fun to talk to, and attentive. Even better, he was CONNECTED -- he gave us consistently great advice on places to eat, people to charter a boat from, trails to hike, and lines to zip; no joke, he is largely responsible for the fact that our vacation was great.
