This was a great house that was clean and offered good views of the beach, plus 50' walk to beach was added bonus.

Great location, clean and plenty of space. Property needs a little TLC here and there but overall a good value for beachfront.

My Happy Place was fantastic! We had the best family vacation staying there and plan on returning. The view of the ocean from all sides out of the huge windows was incredible. The location of the home is perfect as well. We were able to get into town very quickly. I can't say enough good things about Sand and Sea's service. We will always stay at a Sand and Sea managed property!

Great property

We love pirates beach and this house is amazing. Steps from the beach, plenty of room, nicely appointed, amazing views from the living room. No issues or complaints.

Great home on the beach!

The home is very comfortable and easily hosts two families. It is the second home from the beach, so going to the beach is very easy. Wonderful balcony porch overseeing the ocean.
