Beautiful renovated house on the dune, in a privileged and exceptional location, with direct access to the beach right outside the house.
Sleeps 7 people, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms.
Only 650 m from the town center of Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré and its famous market.
Between wooded areas and wild dunes, in the heart of preserved nature, you will be able to access all amenities on foot during your stay.

Upon arrival, a garden welcomes you with a large wooden terrace, a 5-person Californian SPA with light therapy, a barbecue, an outdoor dining table, a garden lounge and sun loungers.

Before entering the house, take a moment to leave your beach belongings and rinse the sand off your feet on a bench under the porch.

Upon entering, you will enjoy a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, workspace and living room with a linen corner sofa, all opening onto a south-facing patio.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 2 separate toilets.
- Bedroom 1: 160x200 bed, wardrobe + private shower room.
- Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x190 (can be joined) + 1 bed 70x190, wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: 180x200 bed, wardrobe.
1 bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and shower.

Laundry room with washing machine, iron, ironing board – drying rack in the garden.

Baby kit available: travel cot with mattress, high chair, children’s cutlery, blender.

Possibility to park 2 vehicles on the property.

THE SPA IS AVAILABLE FROM APRIL TO MID-NOVEMBER.
It can be activated outside this period for an additional fee of €180.

Check-in is handled by a concierge service.

Short stays possible with a minimum of 4 nights outside school holidays.

During school holidays, rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.

A security deposit (not cashed) of €650 is required upon arrival, or a card hold via Tylt (not charged)
