The apartments are located in a 2008 newly built holiday home with 6 apartments of different sizes with 1 to 4 rooms for 1-7 people in grown settlement location - only about 200 meters to the coastal forest and about 400 meters to the Baltic Sea. The facilities in the apartments are coordinated. With our experience in the rental of apartments we offer you an exciting and special vacation in walking distance to the sea in harmoniously equipped apartments. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments have a daylight bathroom with shower and towel warmer, heating and some additionally an electric tiled stove. We are looking forward to your visit!

Im Großen und Ganzen war es okay. Allerdings müsste die Wohnung generalüberholt werden. Sie roch stark nach Essig die ersten Tage. Im Bad waren Spinnweben, die Duschtüre schloss nicht gut, der Abfluss im Waschbecken lief langsam ab, die Klospülung funktionierte nur teilweise, die Fronttüren der Möbel platzen ab, das Laminat quillt auf und ist abgenutzt. Der Herd ist in die Jahre gekommen und den Wasserkocher konnten wir nicht nutzen weil er anscheinend mit Essig gereinigt wurde. Die Terrasse ist vollgekackt von den Tauben da müsste man sich vielleicht was überlegen. Die Schlafzimmer waren schön und sauber. Ein großer Minuspunkt ist für die extra Parkplatzgebühr (pro Tag 3 Euro) sollte inklusive sein wie es üblich ist.

Super Ferienwohnung für große Familien

Sehr gut ausgestattete gemütliche Ferienwohnung nicht weit vom Strand, nahe Streckelsberg und einigen Restaurants, mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Elektrokamin. Ganz prima fanden wir die Jalousien und Fliegengitter an jedem Fenster.

Top Lage, die Wohnung insgesamt etwas abgewohnt (Böden, Möbel), für die angegebene Maximalbelegung von 7 Personen zu klein (Zimmer), wenn bei schlechtem Wetter der schöne Außenbereich (Terrasse) nicht genutzt werden kann.

Die Ferienwohnung war wunderbar

Es hat alles gepasst bis auf das Internet, dass war sehr schlecht! Ob dies am Vermiter lag oder generell an der Verfügbarkeit kann ich nicht beurteilen. Der eine Stern Abzug bei der Gesamtnote basiert auf Grund des Internets.

Queen Marry

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, jedoch könnte beim nächsten Mal der Herd sauber gemacht sein und der Geschirrspüler müsste repariert werden. Zu dem wäre es auch hilfreich eine Beschriftung an die Fernbedienungen zu machen, sodass alle Mieter wissen wie dieser angeht. Ansonsten gefiel uns die Unterkunft sehr gut und wir würden auch nochmal wieder kommen .
