Have stayed here before (twice) it is well stocked, close to the market and the location for the quilting retreat I have been coming up to attend the past three years. Plenty of room for two, very comfy.
This is a cozy homey cabin which offered plenty of amenities and plenty of quiet and relaxation during our short stay. We would love to come back another time to visit.

Second time staying here and it is cosy, well stocked and very comfortable all round. Hope to be back again sometime soon.
Walked in super clean and inviting. Bedroom were super comfortable and roomy. I wish we had a TV in the bedrooms with one TV in the house we all had to agree on what to watch. LOL. The deck was super relaxing and beautifully redone. Everything about this place was wonderful.
We felt like we were home away from home. The cabin was cozy, relaxing and inviting. I would have given 5 stars on cleanliness but the dining table was really dirty under the placemats. The rest of the place was perfect. It’s not a new place so some lived-in atmosphere is expected. We will def rent this place again if we have the chance. We didn’t want to leave.

Great Stay
A really nice little place. There was just 2 of us, but would be nice for a small family or 2 couples. One of the reasons we selected this place was because A/C was important to us as we visited in July. Clean property, easy check in, no crazy cleaning or check out rules. Would definitely stay here again.

Here for wine tasting weekend with friends
Well-equipped kitchen! Cooked and visited. Lovely weekend.
The cabin was very nice, plenty of kitchen supplies to prep meals. The living room furnitire and the beds are very comfortable. Back deck stays in the shade most of the day. Laundry facilities are located in Arnold. The driveway a little steep, low car can scrape the ground.

Calaveras getaway
Outdoor deck and perfect cozy cabin surrounded by big tall trees
Our family of four stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. We went skiing at Bear Valley (about a 40 min drive) and visited the giant sequoias (5 min away). The cabin had everything we needed, including books and blocks for the kids, and all the kitchen items we required. I’d happily stay here again!

Peace of heaven
This is a simple cabin that is quiet and peaceful, has everything you need to enjoy your time out in the woods. Take a hike, you’ll enjoy it!
We loved the cabin. AC worked great during the heatwave, the kitchen had all the accouterments needed for meals, and the grill (very important to me) worked like a charm and we had great ribeye steaks seared to perfection. Wi-Fi was reliable and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to book another stay here.
Wonderful cabin at great location with very competitive price.
This cabin has everything you need. It is situated 2 min away from main Arnold main mall and also very close to the route 4. It is clean, spacious and has everything you need for a mountain gateway. Heating works perfectly. Also driveway is accessible without any problems in wintertime.
All the comforts of home in a very peaceful and beautiful location. This cabin exceeded our expectations. Tons of fun games, puzzle, music and tv/movie watching options. All kitchen linen, cooking/baking ware provided & spices. Plus, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, hangers/dresser and comfy bedding. We hope to make this an annual summer trip. Short drive to shopping, national parks, wineries and resturants. Easy check-in and out.
What a cute cabin that was clean and full of amenities!
Very comfortable seating in the living room, wood stove, and adjacent open den area with large television. Kitchen was completely furnished with lots of dishes, upscale pots and pans, and small appliances. Great Keirig coffee maker with options for a cup or a full pot. Great queen bed, lots of storage and bathrooms were fully accessorized. We'll be back!!

Cabin in the Woods
Cozy cabin in a beautiful forest setting. Comfortable beds and multiple comfy recliners. We enjoyed streaming on Netflix without having to login our credentials…that was an unexpected perk. I would recommend staying here, with one caveat. Just be aware that sap will drip on your car; it’s really unavoidable with all the trees on the property, including the parking areas. Other than that, it’s a charming cabin in the woods.

Thank you for your lovely review, Elizabeth! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the cozy cabin, comfortable beds, and multiple recliners, as well as the ability to stream on Netflix without needing to log in—what a nice surprise! The beautiful forest setting sounds like a perfect getaway. Please know that your feedback is essential. We appreciate your mention of the sap from the trees, and while it's a natural part of the wooded environment, we understand it can be a bit of a challenge. Thank you for sharing that heads-up with future guests. We hope to welcome you back for another charming stay in the future.

Beautiful and Peaceful
The cottage is beautifully situated in the woods near the main road but not on it. Arnold is a lovely little town. If you have ATT- there is no service outside. However the WiFi in the cottage was great. Get your directions before you leave! The furnishings are lovely and it was very clean. We had trouble with the entry code but the property manager arrived quickly to help. We would definitely stay here again

Great location
Property was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable.TV not easy to use. Had a great time. Biggest problem was it took 3 hours to get in because of bad codes for door entrance. Then bad lock box code. Finally when someone showed up they opened lock with a another code which they didn't give us!
