House:
The comfortably furnished non-smoking thatched cottage is located on a secluded plot. It has a separate bedroom with double bed and a single bed and a spacious wardrobe (a travel cot can be placed comfortably in the bedroom). In the hallway area is a well-equipped kitchenette with 2-plate stove, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave with grill. The living room has a cozy couch corner with table, the couch is extendable (140x200) and offers one extra bed, TV, radio with CD player. A bathroom with shower and the toilet is separate. In front of the house there is a sunny furnished terrace where you can also barbecue. In the garden there is a swing for the little guests. A parking space, bed linen, final cleaning are included in the price. A travel cot and high chair are available on request free of charge. Towels are to be brought.

We offer you holidays in a thatched cottage and an apartment on the island of Usedom in a quiet location in Ulrichshorst. In the neighboring village Korswandt about 2km away you will find a golf course and a restaurant. The sandy Baltic Sea beach and the 3 imperial baths Bansin, Heringsdorf and Ahlbeck are only 5 km away by car or bicycle. There you will also find numerous shops, restaurants and cafes.

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Ferienwohnung bei Schünemann

Der Aufenthalt war gut. Fam. Schünemann war sehr nett. Personen mit eine Größe von 1.85 m und mehr ist die Ferienwohnung etwas zu klein. Auch Bad und WC ist klein. Schmicken ist für Fauen eine Herausforderungen, da kein Platz im Bad ist. Es war aber alles sehr sauber. Küche war auch sehr klein.

Super nette Gastgeber, tolle Umgebung zum radeln , auch sonst sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, geeignet auch für Familien mit Kindern, Swinemünde & Kurorte auf Usedom sind schnell erreichbar 👍🏼 Nachteilig: Betten sind nicht für Jedermann geeignet, sehr gewöhungsbedürftig, Räumlichkeiten wirken schlecht belüftet ( Klamotten sind z.T. klamm, erdiger Geruch aus allen Schränken)...👎🏼

super Urlaubsadresse!!

Ein sehr hübsches sauberes in ruhiger Lage gelegenes Ferienhäuschen mit kompletter Ausstattung. Hier ist Zeit für Erholung. Sehr nette Vermieter, die mit Infos gerne zur Seite stehen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!!

Ruhe nicht weit vom Wasser, August 2018

Schönen ruhigen Urlaub haben wir als Familie (4 Person) in Ulrichshorst verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet. Das Schlafzimmer war groß genug, dass es sogar für drei Personen nicht zu eng war. Der Wohnraum war mit einer Schlafcouch, einem Esstisch und TV ausgestattet. Von diesem Raum ging es ins Bad(Dusche),Toilettenzimmer mit Fenster. Küche befindet sich in der Mitte und eigentlich nur für eine Person zugänglich. Schöner Garten liegt um das Haus herum! Draußen gibt es eine Terasse, wo man schön essen kann. Bei allen Fragen haben die Vermieter uns sofort geholfen. Sehr nette Leute, die immer zu erreichen waren und uns mit Tipps geholfen haben. Nicht weit von dort (1km entfernt) gibt es ein von mehreren Seen Usedoms, Wolgastsee, gut zum Schwimmen, Trettbootfahren, Bootsverleih. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten ist Strand von Ahlbeck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE,Netto) sind auch in Ahlbeck. Restaurants sind im Zentrum und an der Promenade. Wasser ist schön warm im August, Strand ist breit, geeignet für kleine Kinder. Die Wälder sorgen für Schatten! Mehrere Ausflugsziele nach Westen von Ahlbeck. Falls das Wetter nicht mitspielt gibt es Ostsee Therme, Schwimmbad. Wir bedanken uns herzlich bei Familie Schünemann!!

empfehlenswert für 2-3 Personen

Ich war mit meinen beiden Töchtern (3 und 7 Jahre) für 3 Nächte relativ spontan in dieser Ferienunterkunft. Es ist alles wichtige vorhanden, was man so im Urlaub braucht. Die Ferienwohnung war gut eingerichtet und Familie Schünemann sehr freundlich. Für die Kinder war noch eine Schaukel vorhanden, die sie oft nutzten. Das Auto kann auch sicher auf dem Hof stehen, was mir sehr wichtig war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher mal wieder.
