Wonderful first stay at Anna Maria Island

A couple of friends and I loved our stay here. It was an easy walking distance to several restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. The wagon and beach chairs were much appreciated and we used them every day. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We would definitely go back!

Adorable and clean house few blocks to beach

House was exactly as described, and even cuter in person! Enjoyed the private backyard with saltwater pool, beach wagon with all you could need (chairs, umbrella, cooler, floats) for the short walk 2.5 blocks to beach! Also enjoyed North Shore Cafe for coffee 2 blocks away and all Pine ave shops. Staff was responsive via text and had maintenance out in 20 mins for a minor issue.

Perfect Beach Getaway

The location of this property and the heated pool made for the perfect beach getaway. It was easy to walk to and from the beach and little shops nearby. It was also close to the island trolley, which allowed us to visit further out shops and restaurants. The hosting company checked in frequently to ensure we had what we needed during our stay.

The location and house is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool is big enough to swim laps. There's a beach trolly, beach chairs, and umbrellas. The only negative was that the pool was very dirty when we arrived (because of a storm) but the management company sent somebody over the next morning to clean it.

We have stayed at Pink Palm Bungalow 4 times (we have rented other houses in AMI in the past). It feels like a home away from home - comfortable, well appointed and a wonderful pool area. Some days we have to drag ourselves from the back yard to get to the beach. A very special property.

Great pool great location

We had a great family vacation at this house. The pool was amazing! The beach was fabulous. the location to beach, pier, and shops was walkable especially with the wagon for the kids. The house could have been cleaner(the fridge stunk) and a better supply of toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, and paper towels would have been nice. Having the buy these items upon arriving on the island was an inconvenience.

Paradise found in Anna Maria

We spent one week in Paradise Anna Maria in January 2015 amd the Pink Palm Bungalow had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The best house we rented so far and I don't think I will ever search for another one because this one was perfect for us. Very well kept house, very clean with a wonderful and very private backyard. The house had everything we needed and more: well equiped kitchen, nice gaz grill outside, beach towels, beach chairs, beach wagon, and so much more. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, short walk to the white sandy beach and those beautiful beathtaking sunsets. Simply put: we found Paradise and the Pink Palm Bungalow was part of it.

Dirty! And horrible management

When we checked in the place was dirty, there was multiple cockroaches (alive) in the place, bandaid on a blanket, floors were filthy, boogers on the wall, very dusty, and what it appeared to be dried seaman on the sheets. The management did NOTHING!

Perfect house for kids & moms

Be sure and pack hand soap, toilet paper, trash bags, more laundry detergent. when got there seems the cleaners left in a hurry. Found every other light unplugged, trash can in window sill, a cleaning rag left in a bathroom- after going back to store we were fine. The walk to the beach in 98 degrees was rough carrying all we needed so our teen became our cabana boy & shuttled us w umbrellas, chairs, tubes, coolers etc & got us set up. House comes w sand buggy, towels, chairs, floaters, cooler so that really helps. You’ll love it! Great location for eating places & shopping

The best family vacation we've ever had

Our family had the best time at Pink Palm Bungalow! Just two blocks from the beach, this place was a total score. The recent updates inside were so chic and comfy - we felt right at home. And can we talk about the pool? It was our own little oasis, surrounded by palm trees and all. We spent so much time there and loved every moment. Perfect for cooling off after hitting the beach. Speaking of the beach, being so close made our vacation a breeze. We'd just stroll over whenever we felt like it. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the grill was a game-changer for our evening BBQs. Shoutout to the management team – they were super helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. If you're after a laid-back family stay on Anna Maria Island, this spot is a winner. We left with big smiles and a bunch of awesome memories. Can't wait to go back!

Perfect Getaway

Our first trip to Anna Maria Island, and it did not disappoint. With the virus situation, we were looking for more privacy both with accommodations and beaches. We found both with this property. The house is a little dated on the interior but charming. The kitchen has everything you would ever need for cooking (minus spices). The pool and pool area are fantastic. Kids absolutely loved it. We enjoyed the top shelf Weber grill one night. The beach accessories in the garage were very handy and helpful. My only "whoa" moment was that the second bathroom could use a deeper clean. Found some stains around the toilet. It is worth noting that the area essentially flooded a few times while we were there from heavy rain showers, but this property stayed dry and accessible. Overall, we would love to return to this property in the future. More importantly, our kids are asking when they can go back.

Absolutely Perfect Location

It is the perfect location. Beach was just up the street. Genuinely awesome location and pool. I gave it 5 stars and would stay there again. The good: Portable fans everywhere. It was 100+ everyday and they came in very handy. Beach toys and cart in the garage, tons of them and they were great to have. Grill was new and had a full tank of gas. Pool was clean and outdoor showers were handy. Internet was very strong. Very strong AC. New washer and dryer. Plenty of kitchen items though my wife says the knives need to be sharpened. I told her to stop with the veggies and have a burger. She gave me a side eye and kept chopping. Tropicana Field and the TB Rays is less than an hour away. We had a blast at the game and beer was BOGO on Fridays! There are a few things that were very minor I would point out. The house is a bit dated, Spotless but just a touch out of date. Every light in the house is crazy bright. maybe use slightly less lumens in the bulbs. I know that sounds really petty but turn on the Kitchen nook light and you will see what I did. Please check the power sockets, not all of them work. Some of the furniture is creaky and although mostly functional it gives you the "are they going to claim I broke it worry". Need a PHD to get the TV to work. Just ended up streaming the game from my laptop. Beach toy cart needs air in the tires.

Pool oasis

Spent Thanksgiving week with my wife and kids on Anna Maria Island, I was not impressed by the Island. The beaches, streets and restaurants were crowded, but there were some real gems that made it great. Rock claw crabs sold at Captain Anthony's were great, Island fresh market had Appalachacola oysters and the pool at the house saved the trip. Don't get me wrong, every restaurant we ate at was great, it was just crowded and most don't have liquor licenses so just beer and wine. Also, no alcohol is allowed on the beach. As for the house, it was a great value. Well appointed and spacious. The pool was great! It was a large pool with great chairs. The grill was great for our Thanksgiving feast. The landscaping gave us privacy and made it feel like the tropics. The master bath could use an elongated toilet, I felt like a giant on that round bowl and the master bed was comfortable, but the box spring kept slipping off the frame. All in all, this house is worth every penny. Don't hesitate to rent it if you plan a trip to Anna Maria Island.

Beautiful pool & great location

We loved the pool & patio, the landscaping really gave it a cozy tropical feeling. The location was fantastic too, just a few minutes walk to the beach & to the shops & restaurants on Pine. I also appreciated the good communication from the property manager. A little deeper cleaning and small repairs would go a long way, but overall it was a lovely stay.

Very nice place with all the amenities. Very clean and easy to check-in/check-out. Backyard pool is an oasis-very fun. Great location near the beach and many restaurants at the north end of AMI. This is a FIVE-STAR ....... provided the mattress in the master bedroom is replaced. If so, I would not hesitate to return. Very enjoyable. Thanks for everything!
