The 1 room apartment is located in 1. Upstairs to the west side and is furnished for 2 persons. It consists of a combined living room with foldaway bed, dining area, color TV, radio, telephone, separate pantry equipped with coffee machine, toaster and kettle, shower room and parking space.

The LANDSITZ WALDHAUS Gronenberg is located only 3 km from the fine sandy Baltic Sea beach and the center of Scharbeutz. Our guests can choose from 8 furnished holiday apartments of 20 - 50 sqm. The forest house is situated in a quiet location on a plot of 100,000 square meters of natural landscape with orchards - ponds - brook - forest - meadows and paddocks. The park-like garden with seating, sunbathing area with beach chairs and sun loungers offers the complementary relaxation to beach life. A barbecue area is available for our guests to use and the Backhaus invites for social gatherings. Bread roll service and bicycles can be used by our guests. Ample parking and bike garage.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 20:00 and departures from 00:00 to 10:00.

Wunderschön gelegen. Ich habe mir dieses rausgesucht, weil ich einen Febel für Geschichte und alte Gebäude habe und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Man fährt ein Stückchen durch den Wald und ist wirklich im Grünen. Habe ich sehr genossen, das Grün, den Garten, die Ruhe. Die Gastleute und vor allem den Hund (dabei habe ich eigentlich Angst vor großen Hunden, dieser aber ist sehr lieb) sind sehr lieb und helfen gerne. Hier hat man wirklich seine Ruhe und was ich sehr genossen habe, war die Abgelegenheit, somit konnte ich wirklich abschalten und mich herrlich erholen. In ein paar Wochen werde ich wieder Gast dort sein. Da ich oft in Neustadt bin, ist dies ideal. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme und die netten Gespäche, ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen, ist wie 'heimkommen'. Gerne wieder, bis auf bald :-)

Wunderschöne Lage

Die Wohnung liegt in einem tollen Gutshaus mit atemberaubenden Grundstück. Leider empfanden wir den Zigarettenrauchgeruch im Flur als sehr unangenehm. Er zieht auch in die Wohnung. Das trübt die positive Bewertung.
