In one of the nicest restored buildings of Aachen, between cathedral, town hall and Katschhof, fully equipped 47m2 apartment incl. Community washing u. Dry rooms, as well as romantic communal roof terrace with view over Aachen.
A few steps and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Hof, Markt and Münsterplatz. Bakery in the house, shopping street - Krämerstrasse (de Kriem)
with cafes, restaurants and museums in front of the door. Busy outside and still quiet living is possible. (except during the Christmas market / Dec.)
Parking of a car is possible in the car park 5 minutes away. Public transport also 5 minutes away.
Fully equipped 47m2 large apartment in one of the most beautiful restored building of Aachen, between the cathedral, city hall and Katschhof.

Fantastic Apartment in a great location!

We have rented several apartments in our travels, and this was one of our most delightful stays ever! The Apartment was as advertised, and our host was an absolute delight. She explained everything, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is right in the center of Aachen, and the rooftop patio was a wonderful bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Familie benötigt. Wenn man aus dem Haus geht steht man außerdem direkt vor dem Aachener Dom. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Ferienwohnung auf jeden Fall nur empfehlen.

Besser gehts nicht mehr, nette Vermieterin, tolle Lage, Fahrstuhl, ruhig, sauber, Dachterrasse!!!!

Wir waren zu Zweit 12 Tage über Weihnachten in der FeWo und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Eine super nette Vermieterin, alles reichlich da, Handtücher, Bettzeug, der Kühlschrank hatte bei der Anreise schon einen Grundinhalt, nette Deko, gute Raumaufteilung, sogar mit Badewanne im Bad, separates WC, bequemes breites Bett! Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock, aber mit Fahrstuhl... wir haben wenig Leute/Nachbarn im Haus gesehen und noch weniger gehört! Die Lage ist super für alle die mal das Auto stehen lassen wollen, wir haben es im Parkhaus am Dom geparkt und keinen einzigen Tag bewegt, denn von der FeWo und deren Lage geht alles gut zu Fuß und ganz stressfrei! Die FeWo liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone zwischen Dom und Rathaus, da die Fenster aber auf der Rückseite des Hauses hinaus gehen, ist es sehr ruhig, wenn die Fenster zu sind hört man kaum etwas! In der FeWo jede Menge Infomaterial über Aachen und Umgebung, auch was Einkaufsmöglichkeiten angeht... Geschäfte ohne Ende, Restaurants für alle Geschmäcker und jeden Geldbeutel zu Fuß erreichbar! Museen, Ausstellungen, Galerien, der Dom & Domschatz, Stadtführungen und mehr, perfekt für einen stressfreien Urlaub oder auch einem längeren Außenhalt! Super war auch, direkt mitten am Weihnachtsmarkt, Tür auf und schon die ersten Buden vor der Tür, trotzdem in der FeWo ruhig, da diese auf die Rückseite des schön sanierten Hauses geht! Noch erwähnenswert, die tolle frei zugängliche Dachterrasse, die über eine Treppe vom 4. Stock aus erreichbar ist und von wo man bei klarer Sicht über ganz Aachen drüber schauen kann. Selbst Klappstühle sind dort vorhanden, für einen gemütlichen Ausklang, vielleicht aber nicht unbedingt im Winter :-) Wir, werden auf jeden Fall mal wieder kommen, wenn sich das terminlich machen lässt, dann aber sicher im Sommer! Diese FeWo ist sicher eine der schönsten in Aachen in der Altstadt und für die tolle Lage auch sehr günstig!! Viele Grüße! Alex & Jörg

Wunderschöne Tage in Aachen

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung zentral gelegen. Direkt am Dom. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu erforschen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Während des Weihnachtsmarktes sind die Nächte am Wochenende sehr unruhig.

Wir waren als Familie in Aachen und waren mit der Ferienwohnung und der sehr netten Vermieterin sehr zufrieden. Es erwartete uns ein kühles Wasser zur Erfrischung und auch war der Kühlschrank für's erste gefüllt. :) Die Wohnung ist direkt neben dem Aachener Dom, zentraler ist nicht möglich. Die Dachterrasse bietet am Tag und am Abend eine wunderbare Aussicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Eine angenehme Wohnung in bester Lage für den Stadturlaub

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich super, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt Aachen kennen zu lernen. Ein paar Minuten und man ist im Dom, der Schatzkammer und am Rathaus, abgesehen von den vielen hübschen Sträßchen der Altstadt. Die Küchenausstattung ist perfekt. Besonders hat uns die aufmerksame Versorgung mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln beeindruckt: Knäckebrot, Müsli. Kaffee, ein Obstteller, alles ist schon da. Das haben wir noch nie so erlebt. Für uns mit zwei Personen war die Wohnung auch von von der Größe her ideal. Frau D. hat uns freundlich empfangen und Tipps gegeben . Es sind ein Reiseführer und viel Informationsmaterial vorhanden. Im Haus war es sehr ruhig, man bemerkte kaum andere Nachbarn. Auch Autoverkehr hörte man nur gelegentlich, da das Haus sich in der Fußgängerzone befindet. Die Passanten sind allerdings nicht zu überhören, vor allem am Wochenende. Am besten mischt man sich selbst unter die Nachtschwärmer und wenn man nicht an die Stadtgeräusche gewöhnt ist , sind Ohrstöpsel hilfreich. Damit haben wir dann aber super geschlafen, auch weil das Bett wirklich bequem und kuschelig ist. Für einen Stadturlaub können wir diese Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Brilliant location, comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Had great meals in the Ratskeller (an expensive celebration of a special occasion), Zum Goldenen Einhorn on the market square and Dinette (just round the corner from the apartment). King's College was good for a drink whilst watching the world go by.

Sehr schönes Apartment zwischen Dom und Rathaus

Wer ein Apartment in der Stadt sucht ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und es gab einfach alles: Zahnbürste, Taschentücher, Duschgel, Fön, ein bequems Bett, Wlan, 1 Fl.Wasser...........Man sollte jedoch bedenken, dass es so gut wie keine öffentlichen Parkplätze gibt! Wir haben etwas außerhalb geparkt und sind in die Stadt gelaufen. Es war alles tip top sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal dort wohnen. Es gibt sehr viel zu entdecken, was alles flußläufig zu erreichen ist. Vielen Dank noch mal an die Vermieterin.
