This home features a king bedroom suite with en suite bath, a queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is high speed internet and a new standing desk for those that would like to work in paradise. New LVP flooring throughout! The Sanibel Recreation Center with lap swimming a weight room and tennis courts are just across the street and is available for a drop in fee. Sparking Bowman's beach is just a short drive down the street. Make this home your perfect vacation spot for an extended stay on Beautiful Sanibel!

Away from upstate NY winter!!!

We spent the month of February on Kincaid Ct. It was our 9th February on Sanibel but the 1st at this location. For us it was perfect. We hope to rent it again next February. We like being north of Periwinkle but not as far as Captiva. Easy to get to the Public Library (the best) and the Sunday morning Farmers Market. Bowman’s Beach is 5 minutes away as is the Ding Darling Nature Preserve. Sanibel is coming back to life! It feels very much alive.Many of the shops in the shopping centers are still empty but many of the restaurants are opened again. One won’t starve on Sanibel.
