House was nice and relaxing. Pool was cloudy, stagnant, and dirty so we got in for a few minutes and didn’t feel comfortable with all the bugs floating around next to us so we got out. I’m guessing the jets don’t turn on to churn the water and the motorized pool cleaner never moved. That was a bit of a let down. Otherwise, we had a great time.

The home was clean, the beds comfortable. Great size and location. However, there was no wifi. It looked like the main house had internet but there was very low signal. A message to the host went unanswered. The one television had no remote and, since there was no internet, even a remote app was useless. The property had clean, quality towels for guests, but no wash cloths or extra toilet paper.The most disappointing part was the pool. The flagstone surround was broken and chipped and the pool itself was desperately in need of cleaning. Sand and algae covered the bottom and steps. The loungers were broken, if usable. With better management, this could be an amazing rental. But we would not recommend without assuring the property had been better maintained

The rooms were clean. However, when you say that you have a pool and hot tub, you should be able to get into a hot tub. The pool was dirty. There was dirt and leaves on the bottom of the pool. We could not get the hot tub to heat up and once the owners got a hold of their son who lived in the main house or somewhere else at 11 o’clock at night he did come over showed us how to turn on the hot tub, but at that point in time, we were no longer interested in being in the hot tub. The grate at the bottom of the hot tub one would’ve been leery of getting their foot caught in it. The hot tub never did get hot even after they showed us how to use it. One should not have to ask for towels once you have stated that you have six guests coming there were no towels there, and they only brought us four there were no washcloths. There were no body soaps or shampoos as stated in their description of amenities and back to the pool. There were so many tiles missing. I wouldn’t have thought it to be safe, the fans in the entertainment area were not working. It definitely was pet friendly the yard around the area. I felt very confident to let my dog around there and I was very conscious of cleaning up after my dog because that is the right thing to do, but after voicing a complaint making two calls to the host and being told that we can “vacate the premises“ was about the rudest thing you could’ve possibly done rather than fix the problems. I found that rude and unacceptable

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This property is in great location and is very relaxing. The beds are super comfortable. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. Would definitely would stay here again.
