Entertaining atmosphere with many amenities, this place is a great spot to host gatherings, family functions, sports teams and more!

Suite is located on 2nd level floor. No elevator available at this time.

Located in downtown Sleepy Eye! Close to many local businesses, one block from a Brewery & a 1/2 mile from Sleepy Eye Lake.

Matt and his family live in Courtland Matt is active in several different organizations and clubs throughout the New Ulm area. He’s also the auctioneer of choice at many benefit auctions that he does each year. He also is a drummer in the “Mages Family Band”, playing at area churches and benefits. Matt has a farm background, having grown up on the farm and has good knowledge of farms and machinery. Other skills include carpentry and home renovations, computer graphics and business organization.

Newly remodeled turn of the century building! This space is on the second level, only accessible by stairs. Sleeps up to 15 people.
