We had no need of the laundry facilities as the stay was rather short. The house was nice and as far as I know, my group will likely stay again next year. This time the weather was bad and only half of the group of 10, was able to be there. The owner was always available for communications and answering questions. Great hosts! This was my groups first vrbo.

Local on Washington

The house is amazing and so are the hosts! The hosts were always available to answer any questions we had and were very helpful. The house is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The furniture seemed new and so did the carpet. Having a washer and dryer was a wonderful feature. We will definitely stay there again when we visit New Ulm!!!

A group of women stayed for the first Oktoberfest weekend. We had a great time in New Ulm! The property fit all of our needs, was very clean, easy to check in to, had a backyard we spent time in, and was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. There were yard games in the garage and board games in the basement but we just chatted and visited town instead. One afternoon we walked to Turner Hall. It’s about a 20 minute walk but there’s sidewalk the entire way, quiet streets, and cute houses and Halloween decor for us to admire. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Softball girls

We had five families with 16-18 year old softball players enjoy this location! It was roomy enough for all of us. The bunk room was perfect for the teens! Beds were comfy! If you're bringing a lot of people, bring extra toilet paper (they only supply one roll per bathroom). The "barbecue" grill mentioned in the description is a Blackstone. Super handy! The ping pong table was a hit. There was a code on the downstairs TV, so the girls were unable to watch it. All in all, it was a great space for all of us and some awesome memories were made!

This house worked great for a weekend get together with friends! Our group consisted of families with kids so we really appreciated the bunk beds and the ping pong table. The house was clean, the use of space was well thought out and Joe (host) was great to work with. We would stay again and recommend to others.
