About this property

In our basement, we created a new space for you and you will have a separate entrance from us, for you and your family. It has a modern feel with new flooring and an open floor plan.
We keep you close to USU and it’s about 45 minutes to Bear Lake, and minutes away from other shopping and restaurants.
We have a twin, full, and queen bed (and even a queen air mattress if you need). Come enjoy your time here for a night or long stay!
We have some light breakfast items provided for you before you go and you can even cook here also.

Wonderful Place

We were impressed with the cleanliness and light of this basement apartment. It is decorated so charmingly. We we’re left quick breakfast items that we could have. So thoughtful when traveling with children. Thanks for a great stay in Cache Valley.

Great place close to campus. Hosts were attentive and ready to help if needs be. Checkin seamless. Very clean and had everything you may need for short stay. The noise from family life above was not disruptive.

Katie and I (Mark) are from Utah and we got married 4 years ago! We have two kids right now and a third is on the way. We love Logan because we both went to Utah State, enjoy the small town feel, and enjoy the mountains! Katie is a hiker and I am a season pass holder to Beaver and love to get away and ski once a week or so. I travel for work across the country but Katie is here most all the time and takes care of the rental. If you like the interior decorating or anything down there... it's thanks to her!
