Our guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.We are in the heart of the City of Columbia, easy commute to all the great attractions.This lovely place is strategically located in Elmwood Park.Our space is designed for you to feel at home, we offer a complete set of appliances that will make your stay very convenientYou will be given a pass code to enter in the unit. The Laundry room is right next to your front door.You can either park on the street or in the parking space behind the property. The neighborhood is very friendly.We are available to help in any way we can throughout tour stay, feel free to text if you have any questions.Located in the heart of Columbia, South Carolina, Elmwood Park combines the charm of an early 20th century neighborhood with both the convenience and excitement of downtown living. Our streets are lined with mature trees, shading residents and visitors alike as they stroll past beautifully restored homes and gardens.

Comfortable and easy

We had a 4 day trip in the Columbia area. This place was perfect for getting around town and everything was easy. My wife and I felt safe and appreciated the cleanliness of the space.

Quiet and comfortable.

The unit was clean and comfortable. The bed was great for sleeping. It had everything that I needed except a toaster. I am sure that will appear next time. I would stay here again. It was a lovely street and close proximity to a lot of things to see and do. I visited historic homes, the zoo, and the SC state museum. The city is easy to navigate around. I very much enjoyed my stay.

Great for solo traveler / couple

Came in town for USC football game. Kitchen was well suited to prepare our tailgate. A basket of snacks and waters were on the kitchen table, which was a nice surprise upon arrival. The property manager was extremely attentive. Alerted of no hot water and issue was corrected within an hour. Portable AC units in living room and bedroom worked great, as it was very hot and humid. There is no central AC. Great stand-up shower…toilet area was tight. I’d stay here again!

Graduation stay

Everything was as shown in the description with the apartment. There was a welcome basket with water and goodies. The apartment had all the supplies needed to stay and shampoo, conditioner and body wash was made available. The owner was responsive with communicating. I enjoyed my stay while there for my oldest son's graduation from the University of South Carolina.

Perfect !

My daughter and stayed the weekend in town for her birthday and it was perfect! Great location. Close to the beach everything without being in the hustle and bustle. The apartment was so spacious and the bed was so comfortable! Practically everything you would need! Only thing missing was a hair dryer.
