We started out doing long term rentals and then added rv rentals for short and long term. We have other vacation rentals and have been doing guest rentals for 17 years.

This is a fully furnished shared home. 1 full time person residing in the property. This property is centrally located in Tallahassee. Located 2 miles to FSU close to the Capital and I-10. This property can be rented for a weekend game, a week, month or multiple months. There is 2 Queen bedrooms for rent both with 55" roku tv on swivel mount. One Queen Bedroom has private bathroom and the other a shared bathroom. There is a beautiful back yard with deck and bbq and table and chairs. There is a shed if you want to store a bike. There is a 65 Roku tv in the living room. The whole house is furnished with Tommy Bahama style furniture.
