Terrible location and absolutely false description of property. Charming trio loft is a joke. Did not feel safe in neighborhood and had to stay at a hotel instead. DO NOT rent this property without seeing it first. You will regret it.

Nice place. Very clean. Host was attentive. No washer and dryer or oven. Just a stove top. Worked fine for my son who needed a place to stay between apartments.

This has been the worst experience for renting a property. We were not able to access this property due to a non-working door code, and the difficulty in reaching the host. The communication with the host was terrible, I will not recommend renting from this host.I had to reach out to Vrbo customer service before the host decided they wanted to call me back. I had sent messages to them on Vrbo,called multiple times,left voicemail, and texted but no response until 3 hours later! I had an event I was attending that night, and I had to get dressed in a nearby grocery bathroom! While at the event, they are calling me asking me if I can try all these different codes. I told the host I wanted to cancel my stay due to the inconvenience. Thankfully, I was able to book a hotel nearby my event because most places were sold out! Vrbo apologized for the inconvenience and I could be issued a refund but I would need to speak with the host. I contacted the host the next day and no response at all.
