A long hallway leads to: a large living room (sitting area, dining area with a pool table); a laundry room opening onto a separate toilet with a sink. At the end of the hallway, the door at the far end leads to another hallway serving a separate toilet and another bedroom (160-cm bed) with a private bathroom. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine game area with a foosball table and a hallway leading to one bedroom with a 140-bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Terrace with outdoor furniture.
