One of our best vacations ever. Everything, including room, was very clean. Lots of activities if you chose to do that and also very relaxing. Newport Coast is the perfect location if you love the beach. We will be back!!

The Marriott property is beautiful and clean and well maintained. The villa we stayed in was not worth the over 5,000 we paid for it for 4 nights. It is really outdated with very old carpet that is pretty gross and old furniture with a couch that had a stain from being wet, hopefully from a swimsuit and not something else. The cabinets and kitchen are really dated. For the amount we paid, I expected the in interior of the villa to be updated and cleaner. It’s also on the bottom level behind a big wall, also not the best location for what we paid. Way overpriced. The resort itself is incredible and beautiful. I would stay anywhere else on the property, but not this villa again. It’s also much cheaper to stay with Marriott directly. Don’t go through VRBO For these Marriott Newport Villas. We definitely got ripped off!

Everything was wonderful. We are from the Midwest and had never been to Southern California. This Vrbo did not disappoint. We were shuttled to the beach. The shoppes and restaurants nearby are excellent. Our condo was spectacular. It has all the conveniences of home. I especially liked the floor plan. The owner was very receptive and friendly. I would recommend this property and would book again in the future. We had such a wonderful time it was hard to leave to go back home. Thank you
