Cocoonr offers this charming 80 m² house in Cottenchy to rent for up to 5 people. It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room with fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 400 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 35 m² living room with TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A pool table is available

First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190)
- Living room with single sofa bed
- A children's play area
- Bathroom with bath (specific access: under the attic)
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful south-facing shared garden of 400 m².
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- An adjoining laundry room is available

The house is ideally located in Cottenchy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Hike around Cottenchy on signposted footpaths through woods and marshes
- Stroll to the Hortillonnages d'Amiens to discover its gardens on the water
- Explore the local mountain bike trails to combine sport and nature
- Visit the city of Amiens and its cathedral, a Gothic masterpiece listed as a World Heritage Site

Parking :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the street just in front of the gîte.

- Nearest railway station: Amiens railway station, 25 minutes' drive away.
- Nearest airport: Paris-Beauvais airport, a 45-minute drive away
