In Castellamare, in the Gulf of Sicily, is located this independent vacation home with pool. It has large covered terraces and outdoor areas equipped for outdoor dining. Here you can pleasantly spend the hot days in the cool shade. The house is the ideal place for lovers of the sea, who from here can easily visit the many beaches in the area, famous for their emerald green color. Recommended is a visit to the ?Riserva dello Zingaro? (about 10 km), the oldest natural park in Sicily with a 7 km long section of the coastal path that goes from Castellamare del Golfo to San Vito lo Capo. In the natural park you can visit the magnificent Grotto of Uzzo, one of the first prehistoric settlements in Sicily. About 8 km away, a thermal plant awaits you. Worth seeing is the fishing village of Scopello with its typical lighthouses. Cultural sights such as the Norman castle, the church ?Madre Chiesa? and the church of Saint Joseph are a must for those interested in art and history. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy the typical dishes of Sicilian cuisine.

Una settimana indimenticabile
La villa è posta in una posizione eccezionale. Di fronte il golfo di Castellammare e dietro le montagne. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva in paese. La sera la vista del golfo illuminato è davvero emozionante. L’abitazione è posta su tre livelli, ampia e spaziosa , la piscina completa una proprietà davvero di livello.
