Direct Beach Front condo

Lovely updated beachfront condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax on your patio that overlooks the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The patio has a large round table for dining or playing cards and seating for four. Just inside you'll find the living area with comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with cable and free Wi-Fi access,
The updated kitchen has new countertops and cabinets, recessed lighting, stools for the breakfast bar, a ceramic top stove, a microwave and dishwasher. A dining table for four is located between the kitchen and the living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, a view of the gulf and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjoining bathroom. There is a washer and dryer.in the hall closet.
The condo is equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. The heated swimming pool is across Beach Road by the clubhouse. During the winter months there are water aerobic classes several days a week at the pool. Nearby are the boat docks, a boat ramp, and fish cleaning station. There is 1 designated parking space per unit and several guest spaces. Please note boat trailers cannot be parked on the property.
