Enjoy your stay at this luxurious 4 bedroom home, conveniently located in San Juan within a gated community. This home is only a short walk to Ocean Park beach. Wake up to sunshine and walk out to your very own private pool. Close proximity to SJU Airport, and Old San Juan, where you can enjoy both the history and the nightlife.

This home comes equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay. Whether you decide to go out and explore the city, or just stay in and enjoy the outdoor patio with the pool and grill for the day, this house is perfect for everyone! Family trips, girls/guys trips, you name it! The floor plan is all one level, therefore most rooms/bathrooms are handicap accessible.

Guest have access to entire house/pool/patio. Parking for 2 cars in covered/gated garage. Off street parking also available.

It’s a lock box to get in the house ... you could text me 24hr and I will be in your service...

Quiet residential neighborhood in gated community.

Ocean Park beach is within walking distance, but for excursions and sight seeing, a rental car is recommended.

The neighborhood is quiet. We politely ask that there is no noise after 10 pm. There are individual ACs in each room, that we ask all guests to please turn off when leaving the premises. House is also equipped with generator to avoid any issues with electricity.
Please refrain from using hair dye in the white shower/tub.

The house is so nice, we felt safe, love the spacious kitchen, 3 bathrooms, bedrooms size are great, the pool (water was so so cold all 6 days-maybe invest in heating the pool), and AC/fans were great! However, the Mattresses were all hard, for the price of the rental that was very disappointing and we were sore, so please change all of those mattresses. I wanted to rebook, but won’t because sleeping was very uncomfortable, but pillows and blankets were nice! I wish you all the best and the spelling in the frame in the bathroom is incorrect. It should be “cheeks” not “checks.”

Great private home with pool

House is a lot more spacious than it seems in the pictures. Wi-Fi is a bit bad in some rooms but overall a very comfortable and safe place to stay for a trip.

Nice place only issue was air conditioning units kept auto shutting off and house was hot. We figured out how to turn timers off which helped but still timed out after like 3 hours when sleeping. So warm again

Reconnecting with Family!

My family and I live in different parts of the country and rarely get to vacation together. This property was perfect for our family. The property was perfectly represented online and the check-in/out process was simple and easy to follow. Communication between myself and the property owner was clear and the owner promptly responded to all questions. This is a perfect property to gather with friends and family, especially if the purpose is focused on reconnecting with each other. Great location, great accommodations, and easily accessible to what makes Puerto Rico an island paradise. I definitely recommend requesting to reserve this property from Aida (property owner). Thanks again, Aida, for everything!

Ocean Park Rental

Upon arrival the pool was not clean and no one over our stay came to clean it. Also, ran out of essentials that should be included like laundry soap (we bought more) and toilet paper, no shampoos/conditioners, no wash clothes in bathrooms, only one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. Just expected these essentials for almost $5000.00

Great location for groups

We had a great time here! It’s an awesome place for groups or big families, the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms gave us plenty of room. Check in was smooth and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood at the guardhouse and with the beeper/keys. The pool was nice and we really appreciated all of the things our host provided - pool towels, balls, cooler for beach, bottles of sunscreen to use, and a few other beach items (wagon, chair though we didn’t use these and chair was small). The kitchen was well stocked in some ways but lacked a few things. There was a toaster, blender, and coffee maker to use and some extra oil / spices on hand for cooking but we couldn’t find a baking sheet and there weren’t many pot / pans, at least for our large group. The a/c in the main area of the house was great. Each room also had a unit but two of them made an occasional loud sound. Finally, the generator came in handy a couple times during a couple short outages.

Swimming pool was gross after 3 days of our 7 day trip!!

We had issues with the swimming pool. We got there on a wednesday and by Saturday it was very cloudy and disgusting that we couldn't swim after Saturday. The main reason we payed the amount we did was for the pool and we could not use it Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and flew out Wednesday. We could not swim and the temperatures were very hot. And I tried to communicate that with the owner and never really heard a solution other than she kept telling me that they were sending somebody out and nobody ever came. I felt that I should've gotten some sort of compensation for the huge inconvenience.

SO AMAZING

We were 8 of us and slept comfortably. Great home. Lots of towels pool was great. Area was good as well lots of restaurants which was a plus. The beach was 5 minute walk away. Amazing for sunrises. Will def come back I recommend it 100 percent. AIDA and her sister were great and attentive

Nice large unit, just as advertised

Nice large unit, beautiful pool and home. We were a family of 8 adults. 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and private back yard were a nice addition for our stay. Our only recommendation to the owners would be to have more dishes and cookware for a place that accommodates 8. We would definitely stay here again.

Weak Water Pressure, Clogged Sinks and Backed Up Sewage

We stayed for 7 days from Wednesday to Wednesday. On Friday we started having issues with water pressure and toilets not flushing. On Saturday the kitchen sink and the shower closest to the kitchen would not drain. Aida and Liza worked diligently to send people to fix the issues, unfortunately they did not have the right people set up to correct the issues they were facing. They sent a handyman on Friday evening and we were told the water pressure wouldn't be fixed until Saturday. Another handyman came on Saturday, attempted to fix the issues but was unsuccessful. Every time someone came to the house to fix an issue we were told the issues were fixed but they never were. On Sunday we were asked if we would be at the house on Monday morning. They sent a plumber who didn't arrive until 10am and we were told we had to stay at they house while they were there doing work on the property. We had to completely alter our plans on Monday to accommodate the work done on their property. On Sunday evening we started to notice sewage and soiled toilet paper coming up in the shower drains when the toilets were flushed. At 1AM on Tuesday morning I was awoken by the odor of sewage coming from the master bathroom. When I walked towards the bathroom I walked into sewage spilling out of the shower onto the floor. First thing Tuesday morning we left the house a day early because no one could use the toilets, showers and the kitchen sink was stilled clogged We had to find a hotel to complete our stay. I will never do another VRBO again.

Loved it! Felt just like home!

We had a great time and a very pleasant experience with this home. This was our first VRBO and we are already planning our next visit. Everything we needed was provided in the home. House was clean, spacious, comfortable and secure. The house is located in a gated community with 24 hour security. The pool and patio areas were relaxing amenities included in the home. The house is pretty big (4 bedrooms, 3 full baths) and allowed our family of six to spread out. The owner, Aida was very responsive whenever I had any questions which were minimal since instructions are provided prior to checking in and throughout the house. Thanks Aida for allowing us to rent your lovely home!
