Featuring 5 rooms (2 master bedrooms with in suite bathrooms and king size beds, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds that you can exit straight to the pool, and another extremely cozy room with 2 queen beds), cable TV and WiFi, Casa Seaesta has all that it takes for you to relax and be comfortable.

Beautiful pool with sundeck, BBQ grill, compfy patio sofas on a very nice outside deck are waiting for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher (no one should wash dishes while on vacation!), cute family room with TV and stereo system, ample dining area with 12 persons seating will be amazing for all your group to come together for some down time. And when you decide to take a two minutes walk to the beach, we also have you covered - you will find beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your beer to go and have fun under the caribbean sun.

This is a convenient location for many things (e.g. Isla Verde, Old San Juan, Pinones, Airport, etc.). The house was great and accommodated our groups 4 couples very nicely. Having 8 nice beach chairs and a small cooler came in very handy.

All around winner

The home is well designed and attractively appointed. Layout is great for groups and families. Location close to awesome beach is huge plus and gated community is also a nice bonus. Hosts are awesome - great communication and responsive!! Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable at Casa Seasta. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and there was a big common area with the living room, dining room, and outdoor space. The location was perfect for our first time in Puerto Rico--a short walk to the beach (even with two toddlers) and many restaurants. We enjoyed a different walkable cafe each day for our morning coffee. We loved living in a neighborhood like a local, but if you want resort life, buy a pool pass for a day and return to this cozy home for a moonlit night swim.
We all fit around the dining table and appreciated the toddler seat and highchair.

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at Mayra and John’s place in San Juan! They were fantastic hosts—warm, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the best of San Juan with ease. We truly appreciated the hospitality and can’t wait to visit again. Highly recommend!

Great pool & location

We experienced a few minor maintenance issues during our stay (towel bar fell off wall, some water leaks from heavy rain, trash not picked up) but overall it's a wonderful property and a great space for a large group. The pool is awesome, and the location is super convenient to both the beach and to Calle Loiza with bars, shopping, restaurants, etc. just a couple of blocks away. It's also only about 10 minutes by car to the airport and 15 minutes to Old San Juan. Property manager was very responsive and helpful.

I stayed in John & Mayra's place in Ocean Park for four nights with a large group of friends. Mayra was very communicative and check-in/check-out was straightforward and smooth. The house is beautiful and the location is fantastic - close to the beach, quiet at night, convenient to get to other cool neighborhoods in San Juan. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Seaesta!  The home was very comfortable for a group of 10.  It is just a short walk from the beach and great restaurants—we really enjoyed Kasalta and Pirilo for quick snacks.  The hosts were great at timely communication leading up to and during our stay.  We highly recommend Casa Seaesta for your next getaway!

Great place great location

My family and I stayed at the casa for 4 days adults and pre teens enough to space for everyone. Perfect amount of bathrooms. Love the neighborhood easy easy beach access. Pool temperature was fantastic. Easy ride to the airport and to everything else on the island

Case Seaesta Retreat

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay at Casaseasta. Check in was easy and smooth. The location was great to restaurants, pick up for tours, the ocean and lovely beach, and a short drive to Old San Juan. We enjoyed the pool each night after a busy day of tours and getting the most out of our 1 week stay in Puerto Rico. The beds were super comfortable and the location in the gated community was perfect. Thank you for a lovely vacation home.

Perfect Work Retreat in Paradise

The 5 of us gathered as work colleagues to attend a work summit with an added retreat of 3 days attached. The house was warm, welcoming and a perfect haven to gather, do great work and rejuvenate. We hope to stay here again. Highly recommend

One Week Stay

The house is in a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, going out and a quick Uber to Condado and Old San Juan. The owners are incredible and answer all questions promptly and gave great recommendations for tours, dining, etc. The house is very clean and our group of 7 friends had a great time. Strongly recommend.

Great spot to stay near Old San Juan

We stayed here for a wedding and it is a great spot! The house is nicely equipped with beach chairs and towels for the short walk to the beach. It is well stocked inside with everything you might need and it was very clean! Our grandkids loved the pool. Mayra was so helpful with welcoming us and explaining everything we might need to know. It's very secure and a great location! We would stay again!

Casa Seaesta

I stayed at Casa Seaesta for my bachelorette with 7 adults for 5 days. The house was spacious and accommodated us comfortably. We were provided with enough beach chairs, towels, and linens for all. It’s in a great location with the beach 2 blocks away and both old San Juan and the SJU about 15 minutes away. La Placita and other nightlife are very close to the area as well. I loved my stay and will be recommending Casa Seaesta !

College reunion girlfriends trip

Six of us gathered for a long weekend. The house was a couple blocks from the beach and a block from the main drag, perfectly situated. Bedrooms were good size, two large main suites, a bed for everyone. There were some water temp challenges in the bathroom shower off the kitchen. Pool was nice, limited sun exposure, however is pleasant. Access to main bedroom And backyard deck is a fun skip across some pool platforms. And two rooms open onto the pool too! Well secured and equipped with all the needs.We really enjoyed it and recommend it to groups and families!!

Ocean park with pool

Beautiful property with pool in Ocean Park. Easy to Uber between San Juan and old San Juan and beaches. Spacious bedrooms but one has a separate entrance out side near pool, which was not clear from listing. Also not a lot of places to walk to. But overall a wonderful spot for a big group, clean , great beds and wonderful responsive hosts.

Amazing girls getaway

I was absolutely blown away by the property. I knew the place was going to be great by the pictures but those done even do it justice. When we arrived the host showed around the property and explained everything we needed to know. There were towels on every bed and enough beach towels for everyone. There are beach chairs and a grill to hang by the pool and the beach was just a quick walk down the street. The hosts provided great recommendations and they’re even posted in the house. Communication was great as well. 10/10 would stay here again.

We were visiting for a family wedding the property and location was perfect for our family.

Everyone had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is secure and safe. It was a quick walk to several coffee shops, the beach and a drug store. The location was quiet at night one night a back door neighbor asked my grandchildren to go in from the pool because his window was right next to the pool. It was our first night and the kids may have been alittle over excited! No issues after that and we had a busy week with a wedding and multi events with family. I would stay again!

Beautiful place in great location

The property was an excellent fit for our family reunion. Great location two blocks from the beach, walking distance to some restaurants. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a pool. Nice propane grill. Very clean throughout, with lovely bed linens and towels, including beach towels. Responsive hosts. The owner should pay more attention to maintenance, however. The generator would not start when the power went out, leaving us, most notably, without air conditioning for several hours until the maintenance person arrived. Also, some of the beach equipment needed to be replaced and the kitchen drawers were so worn they were difficult to open. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much.
