- Easy walking distance (less than 2 minutes) to nightlife, old Spanish taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarket (SuperMax), public parking and drugstore.
- Beaches surrounding Old San Juan district are less than 10-minute drive (we suggest Uber or electric scooters for transportation)
- All 5 bedrooms are provided with high performance inverter a/c units (you will feel super comfortable with the air conditioning systems)
- First floor: beautiful white marble floors welcome you to an open and large living/dining open area.
- The fully equipped kitchen includes full size fridge, large stove and oven, microwave, professional grade coffeemaker, glassware, cookware and dishware
- Even if the house is not ADA-compliant, the 1st floor bedroom is easily accessible for any guest with mobility needs.
- Second floor: Three guest rooms, a fully stocked library and a beautiful balcony overlooking historic Calle Sol. Full bathroom with shower/jet bathtub.
- Third floor: Master bedroom with full bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven and refrigerator and two terrace including hammock with an umbrella.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out garbage on a daily basis. Trash bins are located at the corner near the house.
Please gather all towels and leave them on the floor in the living room. The housekeeper will pick them up.
Very important to promptly pick up after your dog. We have marble flooring that can easily stain.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please turn off all air conditioning units when not in the house. Please do not open the windows and doors when air conditioners are on.
Please make sure the front doors are locked properly when leaving from the house. Very important!
Please remove all garbage when the trash bins are over-filled. There are municipal trash bins on the corner down the street.

Family of 7: 4 adult children and 1 teen with parents. Perfect! Patios were great for playing cards and space accommodated us all very well. Centrally located in Old San Juan too. Enjoyed it!

Our Host was great to work with and have nothing but great reviews for Angelo. Whenever I sent a message he was quick to respond. He even sent us info on places to visit while we were there. Our house that we stayed at was beautiful and we loved the views from the Rooftop Patio. The only negative was that if you can't do stairs this isn't the place for you. Rooftop was on the 4th floor and quite the climb, but the views were awesome when there! Thanks Angelo for helping make our stay in San Juan a great one.
