Spacious home, fits up to 8 people comfortably. *
Lovingly maintained, following CDC and PR Tourism Co. guidelines to clean and disinfect, the house is located in a privileged quiet street near La Fortaleza, Cristo Street, and La Princesa.
Walk alongside the 500-year old walls of El Morro Spanish Fort, while watching cruise ships enter San Juan harbor.
Visit art galleries, local artisans shops, boutiques, jewelry stores and outlets. Eat and drink at excellent Puerto Rican / International restaurants, and patio bars.
Enjoy live music at plazas, jazz, flamenco and salsa dancing - a rich cultural life.
The house is fully renovated, with high ceilings, arches and a classical Spanish interior patio. There are many decorating touches and liberal use of plants create a tropical environment that invites relaxation.
You will have full access to the house. We will provide you with a detailed description and instruction of all the facilities in the house, including the operation of all the appliances such as washer / dryer, dishwasher and microwave, Also included will be instructions for all remotes: satellite boxes, smart Hi Def TVs, and air conditioning units (one in each bedroom).
Old San Juan is the second oldest city established in the Americas by Europeans. It has been inhabited since the early 1500s. In addition, it is a beautiful city, a culinary and jewelry center, with a vibrant cultural life, museums, galleries, arts and crafts shops, and great shopping.
The house location is excellent with easy access to the most important sights of Old San Juan such as La Puerta de San Juan, El Morro Spanish Fort, La Rogativa, La Princesa, Ballaja, Las Americas Museum, City Museum, La Fortaleza, Plaza de Armas, Cristo Street, the Cathedral, SoFo, and many others.
Beyond Old San Juan but nearby, is a world class symphony hall and orchestra, music venues for all kinds of latin music, various museums, live theatre performances, and one of the most attended concert arenas in this hemisphere featuring artists from all over the world.
In addition, outside the metropolitan area you can enjoy a beautiful countryside, world class beaches and water sports, the only rain forest under the US flag, phosphorescent bays, the world's largest zip lining as well as many other eco-tourism attractions.

Check-out instructions
The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure all water faucets are off and take out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Don't leave dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, and if you would be so kind strip down the beds your group used and leave the sheets on top of the beds. We would be very grateful.
Remember that unfortunately, we won't be able to ship any items left behind in the property.

Why they chose this property
This was our house until 2017 when we decided to rent it to tourists visiting Puerto Rico. It is a premiere historic Spanish colonial home (over 250 years old) in the most prestigious address in Old San Juan, a Unesco World Heritage city.
Old San Juan has the air of a European city with majestic Spanish forts, a vibrant cultural life with music on the plazas, jazz piano bars, and venues for flamenco and salsa dancing, Visit the many museums, large art galleries, as well as artists’ cubbyholes. Enjoy gourmet Puerto Rican and world class international dining. There is an opportunity for a wonderful picture everywhere.
