My stay at this property was fantastic. I had 9 people for my bachelor party stay and we had ample room for all of us and we all had an amazing time. The property was clean, the host was very communicative, and we were even greeted with a small gift basket upon arriving. The interior felt modern, and the backyard was very spacious so we could all utilize the pool, grill, etc. The location is perfect - we were about a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach, a short walk to the casino, and a short walk to several restaurants. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is interested and I would easily go back. 10/10

We loved the location and the house amenities. There are power and water struggles in San Juan, but the house had a generator and cistern.

The house is exactly as listed on the website. It was clean and well stocked. They provided extras that we were not expecting; snacks, paper plates, paper towels, bottled water. The beach chairs, towels & cooler made trips to the beach more enjoyable. The pool is fantastic! The only issue we had was with the bathroom in the main suite. The toilet did not shut off. Since water is an issue in the San Juan area, we had to keep the water valve shut off while not being used. Our host, Rafa, was very responsive to our needs and checked on us daily to ensure we had enough water.

Our stay was wonderful! Jonathan, could not have been more helpful. It was very clean and had a very good, home like feeling to the house. We were in nine people and we could all relax and have our own space, yet be together. The location was great, close to the beach and places to go out. I would rent it again.

It was awesome! The backyard was so amazing and such an awesome atmosphere for all 14 of us to hang out! The kitchen had everything we needed and the host was so responsive and helpful! Would 100% stay here again! The area was so awesome and the beach was close

The house is centrally located from the airport, restaurants and the grocery store. Beach was close. House was very clean and offered spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living areas. Will diffently visit again. Thank you to the host and Ruben for being so accommodating to my family!

We had a fantastic time at this beautiful home nestled in Isla Verde. I hosted a women’s retreat here and everyone was in love with the beauty of this home. The home is absolutely stunning with very calming decor and has all the amenities you need to complete you stay. The host responds very quickly and is very hospitable. The house host, Ruben, was very friendly, courteous and really makes you feel welcomed.You will not be disappointed if you choose this space for your vacation spot! It truly was a wonderful place to be!

Wonderful stay at a convenient location

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Clean and comfy. Location is amazing and so close to everything. You can walk to the beach or drive to piniones near by, which is my favorite spot to eat after a beach day.

Outstanding visit from beginning to end. The host met us at the property and explained how everything worked, left us a gift basket, recommended local restaurants and things to do. The house was very clean and everything needed was present. AC worked great and backyard was an awesome place to hang out. We had a minor issue with a door closing and I notified the host and he was there 2 hours later to fix it. Highly recommend!!

Our family of 12 stayed here and had an amazing time! The house is even better in person. The outdoor space was so nice for early morning coffee, dinners, and game nights. The kitchen was very well equipped, water hot and beds comfortable. The amazing beach is only 4 minutes away. The grocery store is very convenient as well. Highly recommend! Rubin is very responsive to any needs/ concerns.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Had a wonderful stay at Villa Catalina. The house was perfect for our party of 13. We made good use of the pool and nearby beach each day. The house was well appointed and the property manager was very helpful.
