Exclusive 100 sqm loft-style apartment in Solingen with 2 roof terraces

The foot just a quarter of an hour from central Solingen preferred Hofschaft Meigen among one of the oldest of its kind. The newly renovated and newly furnished apartment is located on the edge of the nature reserve and offers a wonderful view of the Wupper mountains and still the center of Solingen is within walking distance in 10 minutes. By car, it is only a few minutes. Also located in the immediate vicinity of all major supermarkets or Bakeries. The apartment itself: Exclusive modern facilities, completely new kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine (coffee provided), toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery and glasses available for 12 people, new pots and pans. The apartment is ideal for 2 people (large double bed), but it can stay 4 people (sofa bed in the living room). Ideal for visitors (close to Dusseldorf and Cologne) or for leisure, z. B. Walking holidays in Bergisch Land. The 2 large roof terraces invite in sunshine for breakfast outdoors. Both terraces are equipped with comfortable furniture. Final cleaning is included in the price, as well as towels and sheets. A parking lot next to the house is also available.

Fantastic quiet and beautiful location!

Tremendous value to be near Köln and surrounding area, with also Solingen being special in its own right. Wonderful hosts. Would look to stay there again!

Very stylish and welcoming apartment. Christa and Jochen were friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Fully equipped apartment with fabulous balconies. Very quiet area to enjoy a relaxing stay. Places nearby to visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful

The apartment is so spacious and clean with everything you could ever need. It’s in a beautiful setting. Look out the back and see pastures with cows and it is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. There’s a walking trail from the neighborhood that goes up past the pastures to a little look out area. The town of Soligen is nice and so is neighboring Wuppertal. Many restaurants and stores. Easy to get to surrounding cities like Dusseldorf and Cologne. We would love to stay here again if we are back in the area.

Christa who owns the apartment was quick to respond during the booking process and was there to welcome us on arrival. We have stayed at a few different apartments over the years we have visited Solingen and this was the very best. It is clean, very spacious and well equipped including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The outlook is gorgeous and a very peaceful and relaxing setting. We had a 7 night stay and would love to have stayed longer. I usually take a while making the decision as to which apartment to book, reading through all the available reviews. I would advise anyone ,dont hesitate to make this choice! It is fabulous

Eine großartige Wohnung mit einer großartigen Gastgeberin! Es hat einfach an Nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, modern eigerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Terrasse, davon gibt es zwei, mit dem Blick ins Grüne ist eine perfekte Ruheoase nach einem stressigen Arbeitstag.Der Kontakt zu der Gastgeberin vor der Ankunft und der Check In waren reibungslos. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Wir konnten es kaum glauben, als wir ankamen. So eine wunderschöne und sauber Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Es ist toll eingeteilt, alles ist da und auch Geschirr und Besteck in ausreichender Anzahl.Die Gastgeber haben uns gleich sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Ich habe während meines Messebesuchs in Düsseldorf in dieser tollen Dachgeschosswohnung in Solingen übernachtet und war absolut zufrieden. Wir waren zu viert dort und hatten genug Platz für alle. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders gefallen haben mir die beiden Dachterrassen, auf denen man schön entspannen und die Aussicht genießen kann. Insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Einfach perfekt!

Hier kann man nur 5 Sterne geben! Die Wohnung war exakt wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Es gab in der Wohnung nichts, was es nicht gab. Die 2 wunderschönen Dachterassen sind wirklich das Highlight dieser Wohnung.Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns sogar eine Tiefkühlbox für den Rückweg mitgegeben. Hier stimmte wirklich alles! Wir wollen unbedingt wiederkommen!

Wir waren 3 Tage in dieser Ferienunterkunft in Solingen.Das Haus war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet.Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Es entsprach der Anzeige und den Bildern auf FeWo.Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war problemlos und sehr freundlich.Das Haus ist ruhig im Grünen gelegen.Wir waren rundum zufrieden und kommen sicher nochmal wieder.
