The property is beautiful the apartment has been renovated recently. It is in walkable distance to the Bahnhof, and groceries, we traveled to Bonn, Düsseldorf and Klön easily. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was more comfortable, clean and affordable. The hosts were kind and helpful.

Wir waren während einer achttägigen Messe (Düsseldorf) in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung untergebracht und haben den Aufenthalt vom ausgesprochen herzlichen Empfang über die Vollausstattung, Sauberkeit und ruhige Lage bis hin zur gemütlichen Atmosphäre eines stilvoll renovierten Altbaus sehr genossen. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir haben spontan eine Unterkunft in der Nähe von Düsseldorf gesucht und hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für das Wochenende finden können. Matthias und seine Frau sind ganz toll und die Unterkunft ist mit weitaus mehr ausgestattet, als wir erwartet haben. Wir würden wiederkommen!!!

Waren zur GamesCom dort weil Köln zu dieser Zeit völlig überteuert war. Super herzliche Vermieter. Eine top renovierte Wohnung mit super Ausstattung. Lage ist auch sehr gut. Nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist der Bahnhof. Immer wieder gerne. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einem sehr schönen Haus mit richtig netten Vermietern

Wir sind nur ein paar Tage in der Ferienwohnung gewesen, aber haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.Die Gegend ist sehr schön und es gibt viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten, zum Beispiel das Planetarium, welches nur einen Steinwurf weit entfernt liegt und tolle Programme anbietet. Desweiteren sind wir auf Empfehlung der Vermieterin nach Wuppertal in den Zoo gefahren und ich kann nur bestätigen, dass der Zoo eine Reise wert ist. Wir werden sicher noch mal wieder kommen !

Wir wurden herzlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und umfangreich in die Wohnung und deren Ausstattung eingewiesen. Vom ersten Moment an fühlten wir uns willkommen und pudelwohl. Man spürt mit wieviel Liebe zum Detail die Wohnung renoviert und eingerichtet wurde. Die Ausstattung ist bemerkenswert umfangreich. Sowas wünscht man sich öfter.

Moderne Top-FeWo

Die FeWo ist modern und stimmig eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Üppige Geschirr- und Besteckausstattung und sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl ... ist da. Sie präsentiert sich technisch auf dem aktuellen Stand und die Sauberkeit ist absolut Top! Die FeWo hat eine gute Ausgangslage zum Erkunden des Bergischen Dreiecks. In 10 min. ist man zu Fuß am Bhf und die Bahn benötigt nur 20 min bis Remscheid, Wuppertal und sogar nach Düsseldorf. Wir waren eine Woche hiDas Vermieter-Ehepaar wohnt im Haus, ist sehr nett, gibt gerne ŵeitere Auskünfte und ist jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern hat super geklappt. Bahnhof ist zu Fuss in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Am Kölner Hauptbahnhof ist man dann zum Beispiel 30 Minuten später.

Super Freundliche Gastgeber, die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön, super groß und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Schöne Kleiner Balkon zum wohlfühlen. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen, haben noch keine bessere Ferienwohnung gefunden als diese. Sehr gute Lage, und schon ruhig gelegen.

Sehr schöne und moderne Fewo

Wir (Familie) haben den Kurzaufenthalt über Silvester sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Für 4 Personen ist ordentlich viel Platz. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und grünen Wohngegend in Solingen. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen :-)

FeWo Solingen 👍🌻

Wir wurden herzlich und persönlich von den Gastgebern empfangen und bekamen eine Einweisung in die Wohnung. Die sehr gepflegte, liebevoll und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung ließ uns sofort wohl fühlen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. So verbrachte meine Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit in Solingen, Hilden und Co. Ob Phantasialand, Haribo Fabrikverkauf, Trampolinpark und der nah gelegene Waldpark, nahmen wir einiges mit an Attraktionen die uns viel Freude bereiteten. Die Umgebung ist sehr angenehm ruhig, entspannt und mit viel grün Drumherum. Meine Kinder waren ebenfalls begeistert von der Umgebung und den Angeboten die auch mit dem Nahverkehr gut zu erreichen sind. Absolut empfehlenswert

Die vermietete Wohnung befindet sich in einer alten Stadtvilla, ist komplett saniert, super eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Es gibt alles, was man sich vorstellen kann. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und sie auch weiterempfehlen.

Ein Schmuckstück

Die wunderhübsche gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einer sehr schönen Stadtvilla ist stilvoll und mit vielen liebevollen Details eingerichtet. Es gibt genug Platz, auch für 4 Personen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet und ultramodern, besser geht es nicht! Der Bahnhof ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Haus, sind sehr nett und extrem hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
