1 kitchen area equipped with 2 ceramic hob, fridge freezer, small electric oven, microwave, overlooking a small veranda, the wooden terrace and the garden -
1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet -
Upstairs (spiral staircase) on the mezzanine (carpet on the floor) under the attic:
2 beds for 1 person with duvet -
1 double bedroom for 2 people with duvet -
Private parking spaces. FLAT RATE OF CHARGES OF 40€/week FROM OCTOBER to MAY. Garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating. Cot type umbrella. Washing machine. Correct condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid upon arrival: tourist tax, animal supplement (only 1 small dog allowed), security deposit by credit card imprint and, possibly, optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.). Rent in the fortnight for the first 3 weeks of August, other periods during the week, short stays possible.
