2 people can easily dream away in the comfortable king size bed, or stay awake and enjoy the convenience of the fully equipped kitchen, AC and private bath with relaxing hot running water.
For your four-legged furry friends, the garden and the beach offer enough exercise and fun.
Our welcome little guests can also enjoy every minute of their vacation with you in the practical travel bed and sand toys provided free of charge.

We are from Germany and the Netherlands and have the pleasure of living here already for almost 26 years at the beautiful Playa Coyote.
Apart from renting apartments, we also operate a small Gallery Café as well as a real estate office in San Francisco de Coyote. It never gets boring to us and we enjoy every day the beauty and peace of our little paradise which we like to share with you. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Why they chose this property

Down by the Sea is, as the name suggests, right on the beach. Playa Coyote is located between Nosara / Samara in the north and Santa Teresa / Mal Pais in the south. It is still an insider tip for those who prefer solitary beaches (like Robinson Crusoe) as well as pure nature far away from mass tourism. Here it feels like as if time has stood still.

What makes this property unique

It's fantastic just after waking up to jump into the waters of the Pacific Ocean. A good start in the day.
Even to end the day with a cool glass of wine on the beach and to swim into the sunset has something very special!
