The space
This spacious one bedroom, one bathroom unit is located above the garage of the main home. Securely located behind a gated fence and up a flight of stairs. Separate heating and cooling system allows you to have full control of the temperature. The stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook. The fenced back yard is divided into 2 sections, one part is dedicated to your unit. However, the 2 yards are not fenced off from each other. At the bottom of the stairs is a shared laundry room for your unit and the main house. This unit does share walls with the main house, a 3bd 2bth home also available for rent on this platform.

The entire upstairs unit is yours, no shared spaces. You have a designated driveway parking spot and yard area. You have access to a shared laundry room.

You do not have access to the garage, the main house, and the yard on the side of the main house.

Hello, my name is Diem and my husband is Jake. We've been hosting vacationers and traveling workers since 2016 and we absolutely love it. As a Super Host, we take pride in offering a great stay to our guests.

We spend our time traveling the world and exploring new places. Therefore, we get to experience lodging from the other side of the experience too. We use that experience to make our homes as comfortable as possible for our guests by anticipating needs before they come up and adding special touches to make each experience special.

That being said, we understand what makes a great stay is often not the glamorous factors. It's having your basic needs met by arriving to a clean home as advertised and having a responsive host to handle your needs as the arise. That's what we aim to deliver.

Jake loves to play disc golf. I enjoy karaoke and dance. We both love to eat new foods and be outdoors. You'll find plenty to do at any of our homes' locations. Don't hesitate to ask for recommendations.

Portland is home to some of the BEST disc golf courses in the country. My husband loves the nightlife and the uniqueness of Portland. I love this home because it offers so much space. The parking, sq ft and yard are all large. I also love being close to public transportation and restaurants. Portland also has great Vietnamese food, which is where I am from originally.
