Important Beach Update

The county is currently conducting a beach renourishment project along portions of the shoreline that is expected to affect stays up until May, with possible minor extension into May due to weather delays. As crews move section by section, temporary equipment and sand pumping operations may be visible near this property. The work is temporary and helps strengthen and protect the beach and dunes, and nearby beach access is generally available around active work zones.

Located in New Smyrna Beach the Ebb Tide is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. An oceanfront complex, Ebb Tide, is less than a mile from a shopping center with a small grocery store, several tasty restaurants, an ice cream parlor, and a beachwear outlet. 1.3 miles north is the 27th Avenue Beachfront Park which features basketball courts, racquetball courts, a playground, and several picnic pavilions.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only minutes away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.
